   Inside was bright and seemed clean. Although I half expected it to be closed given it had just a single staff member fulfilling orders, keeping himself busy. Food was ok, considering we hadn't eaten all day and it was now 2am. The prices were a little hard to read, with some items not having a price at all, and others being written over to the point I couldn't see the price. As for the prices, not the best for what we got, but then we did only get 1/4 pounders and fries. The fries being quite nice.

   Ordered food, spicier than expected. Accidentally paid twice, they rang and confirmed 1 order was a mistake. Then confirmed both and marked both orders as delivered. I only received 1 order. Failed to refund me.

   Seems this place has some bad customer service, ordered from here quiet a while ago and it never came. Seems I wasn’t the only one and they are not taking responsibility, instead they are claiming they do deliver food and we are just being impatient

   Ordered food from them. Waited an hour. Never showed up. Called them maybe 10 times but no answer. Starting to wonder if they actually exist.

   order never turned up. Not acceptable. Id rather you just decline my order if you can't deliver it. ordered at just before 1am and it's now 3.10am. still nothing so assume it's not coming.

   if i could honestly give 0 stars i would! absolutely disgusting waited 3 hours for food and when we rang the restaurant they told us it was on the way and then told us it was not. we then waited a further hour and it didn’t show so we tried to contact the store again and no answer, 5 times that we rang ! food was cold and soggy!! i definitely would not order from here i’d save your time and money!!

   Ordered before midnight, called them, said they were busy and that our food would be with us within an hour and a half so gave them the benefit of the doubt. Only to find on justeat that they confirmed they have delivered the food without actually delivering it to us. Sat up until almost 4am waiting up for an order that doesn't arrive. If you cannot meet the demand of customers, do not take their money. Sham of a business, avoid it.

   My new favourite take away !!! Food was delicious, full of flavour and the portion size was very generous. The lady that delivered the food was lovely. Will definitely be ordering again.

   After waiting over an hour and half for my order through food hub , the delay could be food hubs I don't know. When the food arrived the chicken burger and the beefburger were very dry, the chips were anemic but the strawberry milkshake was like glue at the bottom. I was very disappointed with the quality of food. I am aware that it's a new venture for the store in kimberworth Park and hopefully it is just opening issues has I can see the amount of work done on the green and need new business on there. But sorry you failed on this occasion.
