The whole family had a meal together after a funeral, 20 people or more. Plenty of good, atmosphere was great and more than enough space. Staff were thoughtful and helpful throughout especially Callum, Adele, and Kelly. Thank you.
We really enjoyed our food at the white rose, I had the Greek burger which was really nice and my partner had the big beef burger which he too enjoyed. The service was great and Lauren our server came to ask if our food was okay. We will be back.
The food was of good quality, big portions and very tasty. Came quickly and was nice and hot. Atmosphere was a quiet evening and no loud music but enjoyable. Kyle was our server and wasn’t over baring but on hand if needed. Always had a smile and was helpful and quick at taking plates away.

I eat here usually with my partner Shar , we live nearby and due to mobility issues & anxiety diagnosis it's become our " go to" when we don't cook at home . Consistency is important to us both !! Our last visit was Friday 27th January, we chose table 21 in the secluded dining area available. I decided I would try a pint of Guiness before placing our food order . Guiness isn't a drink I choose anywhere usually , due to having tried it before and finding huge disappointment!!. I know the cellar here is well kept due to chatting previously with Joe who runs the pub. I'm so glad I chose Guiness !!! , ot was everything I'd hoped for , beautifully creamy head and very well poured and " topped up " before settling . We then ordered our food & as it was Friday I opted for double fish and chips , mushy peas with tartar sauce & a side of bread & butter . Shar chose sizzling chinese style pork ribs .It was served within 20 mins by Declan (who poured the guiness ) and I noted how versatile this friendly guy is , even taking the tome out to check that we were satisfied with our meal , ( we certainly were !!). I ordered another pint of Guinness during our visit served by a different member of staff whose name I don't know, but it was served & poured just as well as before which I noted was a sign of good training & Consistency. Overall yet another excellent experience !!!
Great food, nice atmosphere I had there steak sizzlier as was really nice melt in ya mouth steak finished off with there fully loaded chocolate brownie and that was ta die for, it was incredible
Nice and clean place, tasty food (mixed grill sizzling is our favourite), I like to coming back there.
Visited around lunch time for a burger and pint and also to check out the newly refurbished White Rose, food is your usual chain pub food but the burger was still very nice, with the refurbishment it now looks a lot nicer, nice polite staff, and good prices. Recommend.
