   Today around 17:30 we went to the restaurant where the person at the door was very kind but later came a senior person with red shirt to take the order who was extremely rude with us and after this we left the without making the order. If you don't like people, don't work in hospitality, hopefully Pizza Express head office can see this to take some action.

   Walked in right at the end of the night for two takeaway vegan pizzas, just five minutes before closing, and was still treated like a valued customer. The lady who served us was absolutely fantastic – she even offered us a seat and gave my son some colouring to do while we waited. The chefs didn’t hesitate for a second when we ordered, even though it was so close to closing time. Such lovely, hardworking staff who clearly care about what they do. That’s what makes a great team and a great restaurant. Thank you

   It was a very quiet night towards the end of the evening so atmosphere was understandably on the quiet restrained side. This did mean you got prompt and efficient service. The pizza- a vegetarian Padana one was tasty, well presented with sharpness of the goats cheese complementing the slightly too sweet tomato sauce and caramelised onion. Nothing wrong with the quality-just down to personal taste.

   I've been here several times, weekdays and weekends. The experience is very consistent - service is always fast, the restaurant is always spotlessly clean. As soon as someone leaves you can see the staff clean and reset the table. The food tastes great, Pizza Express dough is distinctive and doesn't taste like any other. Plenty of chicken on the pollo ad astra (pictured). Margherita could maybe do with a bit more cheese. If I'm having pasta, my favourite is carbonara. I’ve also tried the lasagne, which has a lovely creamy bechamel sauce. If you want that creaminess without the meat, the cannelloni is just as good. Yes it's a bit pricier than other places, but use the App for discounts and then take half home for lunch another day - two meals for the price of one makes it cost effective!

   Had come in for a quick bite to eat and the staff are very welcoming. My waiter, Gino was lovely and helpful. There was a lady there too, Jenny, who i assume was the manager. She was nice too! The food... the food was yum! Definately recommend the calzone Nduja, this is a meat dish

   Incredible service. I'm always happy whenever I visit this pizza express, all the staff are absolutely lovely, the food is always perfect. Iqbal served us this time and was very helpful. Couldn't recommend this place more!!!

   Good reliable food. You always know what you're getting. The only thing would be to add some spice to the spicy pizzas. Then 5 star. Staff polite and professional, good gluten free options. Good for what it is.
