Found this lovely little cafe, just round the corner from the retail work. Welcoming, clean and very sensible prices for good food. Will definitely be calling in next time we’re in chesterfield.
I had always wanted to visit this cafe and found I was nearby at lunchtime. I called in and treated myself to a small breakfast. I found it absolutely brilliant. It was delivered quickly and was bigger than id expected. The ladies were very polite and the cafe had a few tables to sit at. The food was well presented. I think I want to come back again soon. People were buying sandwiches to take away and the queue was dealt with quickly. I was very pleased with the cafe in every way.
Good variety on menu. Very good price. I eat in or takeaway. Staff always welcoming and helpful with all customers. It is located opposite Queens park at bottom Park Road.

Been going into Parkside foods for nearly 20 years and it's hands down the best café in Chesterfield. So much to choose from on the menu, the breakfasts are incredible for a very reasonable price. Jill the owner is lovely and finds time to have a chat with every customer that walks through the door and the rest of the staff are lovely too. Beautiful coffee, a large selection of cakes and pastries, hot and cold drinks. Highly recommend this place.
Absolutely delicious as per usual. Had bacon, sausage and egg sandwich - first class, flavoursome and seemingly high quality. Would highly recommend. Go and enjoy, do not miss out. Their cakes and pasties to takeaway are also very good. Well done Parkside Food yet again.
