   Taco Bell isn’t normally on my list of fast food places to go too. For some reason I really fancied one & went and ordered the new special box that they had & what can I say, it was bloomin delicious! The crispy beef taco was really enjoyable & I also had the new beef cheese burrito & at first I wasn’t expecting much but when I tried it..it was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Also I think my whole box meal that come with the Crispy taco, burrito , fries, refillable drink & churros and I had an extra smaller beef burrito different to the one you get with the box meal & it only cost me around £10.99 maybe £11.99 for everything and I can’t argue with the price as what I had was really nice & it actually filled me. Highly recommend to anyone

   My parents picked up my taco bell for collection today and bought it home. My brother had a volcano burrito and i had the veggie deluxe box, which includes a 7 layer burrito and a double cheese and bean burrito, the labels are bad anyway but i could make out dbl chz and when i ate it i thought it tasted a bit weird looked inside to find mince beef in there then checked my brothers unlabelled burrito to find he had my double cheese and bean burrito but they labbled the volcano one wrong and labelled it dbl chz. I don’t eat meat and the meat isn’t Halal, so it’s not fair on people who are Muslim and can’t eat the meat from there. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t label something as vegetarian when it’s not.

   Though 2 out the 3 of us were Taco Bell "virgins", we felt very easy with ordering after choosing from the very exciting menu. Service was reasonably quick as the staff were very busy with a lot of delivery drivers orders. We chose take out, and thoroughly enjoyed our choices. Will call again when in the area.

   Food was average, nothing spectacular to mention. Can't compare UK's version to USA which is much tastier and flavourful and more for your money! If you've never had the 'real' thing, you could be tricked into thinking this is great... however, it is lacking in so many ways@ Hygiene was lacking. The place was virtually empty. Staff was just standing around in the kitchen area when the tables needed cleaning. We had the choice of seats, but we had to navigate to find a clean table to sit at... Customer service was lukewarm at best. It seemed like I was bothering them when I asked for serviettes. The staff simply pointed, didn't bother to raise head from writing in a book... It didn't break the bank, but let's be honest, these are kids' meal sizes... Would I be back? Don't think so! I'd keep my American fast food cravings for when I visit the country...

   Food was average, nothing spectacular to mention. Can't compare UK's version to USA which is much tastier and flavourful and more for your money! If you've never had the 'real' thing, you could be tricked into thinking this is great... however, it is lacking in so many ways@ Hygiene was lacking. The place was virtually empty.    So disappointed in the experience here. Ordered 2 volcano meals, chicken strips, 2 cheesy roll ups and 2 quesadilla.. and the burritos was so small literally the same size as the cheesy wrap and for the amount of money you pay for a meal it wasn’t worth it at all you would have thought it would at least be bigger, no sauce inside, hardly no filling could have just rolled up a tortilla wrap and ate that. The staff what was there was just constantly messing around in the back and the customer service was absolutely appalling! Waited 15 minutes for the food for it to be cold and vile and missing items! I will never return back to this Taco Bell. You either need to change your staff or retrain as they was so rude, 4 staff members in the back and they was stood around talking and messing isn’t on at all, the seating area was a mess and discusting! You would have thought paying just over £30 for food it would be better!

   Was looking forward to eating here, never had taco bell before but love Mexican food. The service was fine but the food looks nothing like the displays, and the portion sizes are small. I would have given a slightly higher rating if it wasn't for the fact that my whole family got an upset stomach after eating here.

   If you’ve ever had a Taco Bell in the USA then DO NOT expect that experience to be repeated here! I remember my experience as a taco filled with minced beef, the main ingredient, topped with salad/sauce. Here you will find the complete reverse! What we got was a mere ‘bead’ of meat running along the fold, literally a pencil lines worth, and a load of salad lumped on top. Taco seemed a lot smaller too! Overall an Absolutely shocking waste of money
