Lovely meal. Very friendly barman. Lovely manners too which is rare these days. Speaking of rare. Best steak my fella has had in a long time and my yorkshire pud was perfect as was the rest of our sausage n mash and mixed grill. Will be back soon.

I take my 91-year-old grandma and ten-year-old child here because itβs a place to suit all ages and is accessible. Itβs pub food with a large menu to choose from and the staff are really friendly/couldnβt be more helpful. My grandma uses a walker and sometimes a wheelchair and itβs very accessible for her. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the prices are decent. They also run offers for different days of the week. There are booth and table seating options available and itβs a large area, so plenty of places to choose from.

Had my son's 6th birthday party here along with 10 of his friends and we had a great time! There was absolutely nothing for me to do as the staff did it all. The kids were served so much food which they really enjoyed, and had a good time playing and burning off all their energy. Thank you so much to Dan and the staff for making it so easy for me and fun for the kids!

Good food. Very clean and quiet when we went Friday 4pm. No issues parking. Can't beat a quadzilla burger or 2. Friendly staff also.

Went on a Friday BOGOF burger deal. Didn't need to book a table as there were some available. I would recommend booking just to avoid no table being available. Friendly staff, clean tables.

Fantastic evening out for my mother's birthday. 6 adults, a child and a baby. The food and service was great. No waiting or complaints about anything. Will be back again soon.

Food here has got a lot better since the menu relaunch, but it's not the best - though their breakfasts are very tasty and good value. The soft play facility is great. Would love a few more offers on the food and the soft play here!

We often make for Hungry Horse pubs, such good value. As usual couldn't fault the meal and the price. Monday afternoon so not busy. Meal was fairly quick being served and was very hot. The seats could do with a lot of attention, very well worn and faux leather had worn off to cloth in lots of places. Having said that it was very clean and didn't distract from our meal, when back in area will call again

Our previous visit here wasn't great but we decided that it's been a while so we'd give it another go. Glad we did! Food was good, served hot and in good portions. Staff excellent. Nice atmosphere, although not packed out with guests. (Didn't seem "deserted") Plus point is there are no TV screens showing Sky Sports all over the place as in some other local eateries. Only minor criticism is the lighting wasn't great. Low light good for atmosphere but doesn't help when us old 'uns are trying to read the menu! Will certainly put it back on our "prefered" list of places to eat.

Lovely pub, staff were incredibly friendly, food came out pronto and was nice and hot. The new Chinese style salt and pepper sauce went down a treat
