Don’t use there website. I ordered, payed was then told the takeaway rejected my order and I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. I drove past takeaway to find it wasn’t even open. Website definitely knew it was closed but still let me order and took my money. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
I regret to say that my experience with Raj Express was nothing short of a disaster. My hopes were high as I awaited my meal, but those hopes were quickly dashed upon its arrival. The food that was delivered to us via Uber Eats was nothing less than a disappointment. First and foremost, the quality of the food was abysmal. The dishes we received were not only stale and cold, but they also lacked any semblance of flavor. It was as if the ingredients had lost all their essence along the way. The sensation of chewing on tasteless, lukewarm food was nothing short of a culinary nightmare. Adding insult to injury, the portion sizes were shockingly small, almost comically so. I was left wondering if I had accidentally ordered from the children's menu. The amount of food provided was hardly enough to satisfy a small appetite, let alone justify the hefty price tag attached to our order. It's incredibly frustrating to spend nearly £40 and receive a meal that wouldn't even be considered a snack for most people. As it taste like cardboard we trow it straight to the bin. Worst £40 spent ever.
Situated in the heart of Woolton village. An absolute disappointment to the food industry. I believe the Raj, only appeals to those who are drunk after a night out in Woolton, as that’s when the food is most bearable. I ordered a mixed kebab with fries and was greeted with a salad, 4 pieces of meat, & no pita bread. How is this even a kebab? If this is what is considered a kebab….then i’d rather eat my own hoop. 9 out of 10 would recomend :)
Waited an hour, food was stone cold, chicken was soaked and falling to pieces. Take my advice and never go here.
best fries i’ve had in a while had me going in and out of consciousness and on my knees begging for more would definitely come again
Very good wraps hot and tasty enjoyed them. Had pizza big mistake base was a frozen premade one like asda uses was not nice
I was waiting for ages then I asked for a chicken nugget meal off the kids menu and only received the nuggets. Then went back to get chips and they were raising their voice at me saying "I only charged you for what you asked" thinking I was mad at them.
Had Doner meat wraps late last night, both me and my girlfriend had the same. We have literally had to take it on turns sitting on the toilet or being sick in the sink since about 5am this morning. Absolutely vile. They need to sort out their cooking process or hygiene. As this is clearly food poisoning. Disgusting. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
This feedback is for all delivery driver's!!! When we get orders on RAJ they call as telling that the cooking time is 30 min and telling to cancel the order and after that hi give the order to his driver,the guy with BMW . I already report the car to the police (doing Uber Eats with out food insurance) I will try to contact the big boss to explain the bad situation
