Took about an hour to come and order was wrong meal was missing. Said will refund order no offer to send it back out so one of us had no meal.
Food cold, not even half of a chicken breast in, not enough portion size, garlic naan might as well have been a tortilla wrap. Chips wasn't enough to feed the dog. Asked for 2 onions bhajis got a box full of broken bhaji crumbs. Wont be ordering again
Love the meal for, 1 peri peri chicken burger and 2 lamb chops I have it with rice, also recommend the karahi gosht, beautiful! Really like the sweet chilli sauce too
If I could give zero stars for everything I would. Staff are rude and unfriendly, food portions are tight given the price. I once ordered a vegetable curry, and found there wasn’t even any vegetables in it! Food always arrives near enough stone cold, even though the takeaway is a short distance from where I live. Any time I found an issue with my food, the staff were rude, dismissive and disrespectful. They don’t value or appreciate customers. They just want your money. I would rather go hungry than ever give them my custom ever again.
arrived at 11pm - we ordered at 9.20ish called restaurant 1st time, because it had gone past delivery time. staff blamed the delay on uber eats saying there were no drivers available, when it said from the start that the order would be delivered by restaurant staff, there would be a lack of updates. when we called we were told the food was 'on the grill' had to call again as it still hadnt been delivered after another 30 minutes. ordered a special kebab with 3 meats and a doner kebab with chips received 2 donner and chips - one with naan. all food freezing cold, chips wet and soggy. called the restaurant again to express dissatisfaction and was told 'i doubt its cold, i sent it piping hot' and didnt belive that they had sent wrong item, went to ask staff in the back. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! the restaurant told us to claim a refund via uber. A simple apology and advice to claim wouldve solved the issue, but i feel the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional. going to bed hungry because the food was that cold and its too late now to do anything about it. very unhappy customers, will not be returning.

I went in this establishment, there were 7 guys in the kitchen none had hats, gloves or hair arm covered, there was a vape pen next to the cooker and there were flies, I asked for 1 cheeseburger and chips, I was there face to face to give my order and they gave me a chicken burger. Very disappointed, won't ever go again.
Order from here every Thursday night at work. Been using them for near enough a year , never had a bad meal to date.
Always order from here & I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but if your paying for a service you expect a decent meal , where do I start ? Poppadoms cold & could bend in half without breaking in bin ! Onion bhajis freezing cold ! In bin waste of money to be honest will think twice before ordering from here again which is a shame cos used them for ever & never had a problem !
This is what i received last night when i opened the takeaway box absolutely disgusting it looked like the leftovers from that day my parteners was the same.when i rung them back the said it was about quality, if thats theire quality I'd like to see theire hygiene,13 pound i paid for this rubbish.
