   I would like to share my amazing experience at Timmy’s! Firstly their service is unmatched, they are polite, kind and friendly and make sure the experience and atmosphere at timmys is positive! They were very helpful by showing me all the options on the menu and even gave me advice on what to get. The food was delicious, I got a sweet chilli burger alongside chips and a drink, I must say everything was amazing. The burger was warm, soft and the chicken was freshly and perfectly cooked. The chips had a perfect balance of being crispy, soft and warm. I would definitely recommend coming here as the service, food and atmosphere is immaculate and the food is delicious!

   I waited 2 hours for food, called up, and they claimed the delivery driver called me even tho i got calls from my mum and that i tried ringing them from 10 to 8 when i placed my delivery at 6 and it said it would be there at 6:55. No one came to my house rung the doorbell or knocked. I should know me and my partner where both looking outside from 6:40 to 7:20 and no one came.

   Last week was the first time I had ever eaten here and the food was absolutely delicious! I went back again tonight and I was not disappointed. Fresh food and good portions. I had a milkshake , it had to be the best I have ever had. We had a Dubai dream,full of Oreo,Ferrero Roche and strawberry's.OMG .My grandson had nuts & nuts and this also was gorgeous. I picked mine up so the food was piping hot.

   Ordered from Timmy’s before and was nice, fast and fresh, therefore I ordered again expecting the same level of service and quality. However, this time I am beyond disappointed. Once it arrived after an hour and thirty minutes, it was completely cold—like it had been sitting around for ages before being delivered. No explanation, no apology, just cold, soggy and disgusting food and a frustrating wait. Definitely not worth the money or the time. Won’t be ordering from here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   Avoid at all costs! Sorry but what is this! Ordered nachos and got this , that’s the entire portion, then cheese sauce tub and salsa. Did you run out of nachos and decide if you smashed them they’d look like more? Cold chips and cold curly fries too.

   Shocking delivery time 1 hr 10 mins , the pizza was cold and the extras was wrong , never again, and that is supposed to be chips with grated yes grated cheese and chilli sauce

   Not even worth 1 star! Customer service appauling, missing item and when phone to tell them told me i had to go collect told them no i want the food delivered now or my money back still nothing so stolen my money and the milkshake was wrong luckily no food allergy with it but threw it away as didnt like what it was nearly £30 of food and wasnt even nice will not be ordering from here again and will be informing all friends and family to not order gone down hill this place!

   Ordered 4 meals, 3 out of the 4 had hair in 2 black hairs and a grey hair Contacted timmys and was informed no one had grey hair, neither did any of the people whom meals were for, asked by staff what i wanted them to do and advised them to be more observant about what leaves kitchen and to wear hair protection, was told they do. Sent a pic of hair i saved, 3 meals were binned. I will never order from this place again after spending just under £40.

   Been to this place twice in the last few months. Kebab had lots of meat on and tasted very good, unfortunately it had no salad on at all even though I said salad when I ordered. I tried a burger which was very good but it just had a few red onions on, so I think this place is either very skingy when it comes to salad or they just forgot to put the rest of it on. The actual taste of the beef burger was actually very good. I might try it again and I hope when I do I get a decent amount of salad.

   Amazing tasting burger the Route 66. Like a tasty from macdonalds only better. Took ages to make. They seemed to do just eat orders before walk in customers. Took over 20 mins just to make 1 burger. Very clean environment. They all talk in a foreign language so I had no idea what they were saying while I was stood their. 5 men and I felt uncomfortable tbh. However the food is amazing the shakes and deserts are amazing. Reasonable prices and a good selection of different foods. I shall be going back. But maybe I will call before hand to place an order as the waiting was annoying as it was really cold and I had to go outside when they used the shake machine as its so noisy.
