   Really disappointing. The order was hot and delivered quickly which was good but the actual food was very bad. The crispy duck in plum sauce wasn’t crispy, at all. The duck was covered in big chunks of soft fat, couldn’t be described as crispy duck. The seaweed was so salty it was inedible and the prawn crackers were stale. A waste of money and left feeling nauseous after trying to eat the duck. I won’t order from here again.

   Ordered food for collection via website. Turned up to collect and the lady behind the counter told us it was the wrong day and time - showed her the confirmation email and confirmed with her that we were on the right day and time. Not the first time we've had issues here - last time was missing food. When we got the food it was very good but customer service needs some serious work.

   Poor food. Special Rice just ok and Mushroom chow main pretty tasteless poor noodles thin and waterey. Salt and pepper chips were terrible soggy what seemed like microwaved re heated chips with a few onions totally tasteless. Also missing items on order. All in all won't be going back again.

   I have been a customer of Tanwong Kitchen Newbold for many years now. The food is good value for money, Suzie and her staff are always pleased to help, I always request my food choice without mono sodium glutamate, MSG, taste powder and as far as is possible because some dishes will have been part prepared in advance, I have not been compromised.    I have used Tan Wing Kitchen for years and I've only every had brilliant food. The owners are lovely, always ask how we are, love watching the meal being cooked, therefore you know its freshly made. Take no notice of any negative reviews, this is the only place I will buy a Chinese from.

   Awful food. Everything was just absolutely horrible. The special chow mein had a funny taste to it, the peking spare ribs were clearly frozen and quite obviously very quickly re heated. That also goes for the salt and pepper chips that we had; they had a few pieces of chopped onions chucked in with them to. Sweet and sour chicken hong Kong style was ever so slightly, and I mean ever so slightly more edible. The saving grace was the FREE prawn crackers with the meal.
