Excellent service. Drinks and food ordered at the table and delivered . Good well presented food . Good choice with vegetarian options. Has a covered outdoor area with a large TV for watching sports . Staff very helpful and friendly

Nice little pub that serves great food for a great price. The atmosphere is good and plenty of tables in the restaurant but would recommend booking as it can get busy. The bar is a decent size so you can always just pop in for a drink
Had lunch yesterday and we found the food and service very good and value for money. Made a change staff to be friendly not miserable and stressed. The prices of food was good and especially the price of beers which is much cheaper than a certain Pub Restaurant down the road! We will be back soon.
Always a nice experience. Great friendly staff, and our pooch is always very welcome. I can use my blue light card on the food here too. It's a sports pub, so sometimes a little loud but if timed right it's fine.

Went here on a lunch date with my new girlfriend. Paid £38 and got 2 meals and 3 spirit and mixers. Food was really nice. Service was quick. No complaints.
I've sent an email and messaged on Facebook regarding the following complaint but have yet to hear back so I thought I'd try and get some contact another way! I came in on Sunday for a family meal and I have to say I was incredibly disappointed. Our starters took 45 minutes to come when it wasn't overly busy. People got sat after we'd ordered and their mains came out before our starters. Then when our mains came my sons meal was wrong. We'd ordered pizza and got sent pasta, and my steak was ordered rare but came medium at best (more med/well in my opinion but I'm aware different places cook differently). So we then had to wait for mine and and my sons meals to be redone. By the time we got them my partner and other son had near enough finished. Didn't hang around for dessert because at that point we all just wanted to leave. The young girl serving us was the probably the best thing about the experience and was very apologietic about it. She's the only reason I didn't raise an issue whilst we were there, she looked so worried that I was going to kick off bless her. I do understand that sometimes you might be understaffed and things go wrong but I don't expect to pay over £70 for it to go as wrong as it did. Not a single apology from any management even though it was obvious our entire afternoon was a shambles. Such a shame because I've been before and it was lovely.
Had a great evening meal here with family. Six of us are, tucked into the snug area by the bar. Starters and main courses all round, but only 2 desserts ordered as we were pretty full by then. Meals were great quality and a good price. The welcome we received was warm and friendly. The staff were attentive and helpful and really did make you feel at home. Three beers on hand pumps and a good selection of other drinks available. I can heartily recommend this establishment and will be back!
Just had a lovely four course meal with friends tonight (New Years Eve). Excellent value for money Just over £20 p.p. Friendly efficient service. Food was tasty and portion size was a good size. We sat in the conservatory it wasn't too busy. There is a large outside area with a big screen and children's play area. The toilets are clean and accessible. Definately worth a visit.
