Popped in for a cheeky brunch, and I have to say it was the best breakfast dish I have had in a long time. Everything was cooked very well, the presentation was sound and the staff were lovely. Great quality local product (sausages particularly), Good experience in general. Price was reasonable.
Always a pleasure to eat here. We've been coming on Wednesday lunchtimes recently and had Christmas lunch here. We've never had to send anything back. Alan and Wendy are super hosts who go out of their way to make it a great experience. Great food, cooked from scratch. Happy to recommend to anyone unconditionally. Try it out and prepare to become a regular.

Amazing food and service. Our 3rd time visiting and my husbands 'favourite place to eat' the quality of food and standards of service have not altered each time we have visited which is rare these days. Very friendly with children and a really nice atmosphere. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
Well worth a visit! It was a last minute decision to book here but it was well worth it. The food was really tasty and well presented. The staff had a good balance of attentiveness to us even though the restaurant was busy. The prices are very reasonable.
Ordered lamb burger from one of the today’s special, the taste was so so. My partner ordered fish and chips, the fish was over-fried. Not worth of money
Called in for lunch and the fish and chips for £10 were beautiful and cooked to perfection, loved the mushy peas and Tartar sauce. Staff realy friendly and polite, everything was realy clean and covid friendly. Perfect lunch stop. Highly recommended.
