Best Chinese in Manchester. Fast service, decent portions and heats well the next day. Drawback is cash only payment but worth the trip to the cash machine.
great value for chinese takeaway in this area, especially the collection deal. everything I’ve ever eaten from here has tasted amazing. the co-op down the road has a no fee atm so cash only isn’t a problem. great curry sauce and range of vegetarian options.
Gordon’s Kitchen is our absolute favourite spot for Chinese takeaway! The food is always fresh, delicious, and packed with flavour. Whether it’s a quick dinner or a treat after a long day, Gordie’s never disappoints. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly and reliable. You can tell they really care about the quality of their food and their customers. We’ve tried other places, but nothing beats Gordon’s Kitchen. Highly recommended if you’re after the best Chinese in Manchester!
Me and my gf ordered a ‘salt and pepper box’ for us and my sister, we expected it to be a PROPER SALT AND PEPPER BOX as in a tray like you usually get… but instead turned up and it’s in a chippy like tray (picture attached) absolutely appalled we just paid £19 for this!!!!! When we rang they said ‘that’s just what u get so’ we had to pay and extra £2!! For noodles instead of rice and the amount we got was ridiculous… Worst Chinese ever
Best Chinese takeaway we have ever been to. The food is always piping hot and delicious. We are lucky to have this as our local Chinese takeaway. Lovely friendly owners. Highly recommend.
Great little chinese takeway, been going to this place for years and the quality is always great and fab service.
Looking forward to going back another time and trying something else. Note: I think it's cash only. + Very friendly staff Excellent portion size (I think the unfair low reviews are all about the cheaper evening meal, so sure that portion size is smaller). My meal was huge. Very nice fried rice and better quality sauces and more veg than some other takeaways nearby. - I got the crispy shredded chicken but it was a bit dry. I'll just get regular meat/fish next time.
The dim sum was a little greasy but the main course was delicious! 4.5!
