    This is a small restaurant with a big heart. The food is spot on and so is the service, the man running the restaurant is so helpful. Don't be put off by the location of this restaurant or its basic appearance, the book definitely can not be judged by the cover. The prices are unbelievable, and won't break the bank!

    I have been coming to this place for 15 years and i can certainly say that it is an amazing place to satisfy a Friday night curry craving because it always hits the spot, the food is fresh and hot and Russell is welcoming and friendly. It is a hidden gem in Doncaster that needs the appreciation it deserves.

    Visiting the UK from New York and stumbled across Tandoori after a boozy afternoon at Doncaster Racecourse on Saturday September 16th, 2023. I had a few hours to kill before my train back down to London so ordered Onion Bhaji, poppodums, Garlic Chilli Chicken, Garlic Rice, Saag Aloo & a Garlic Naan which were all top class. Couldn’t eat it fast enough to be honest & really enjoyed the food. Met some locals too who were great as was the service. I miss the warmth of Northern people in England. Would definitely visit again when I’m back in Doncaster & fully recommend to anyone - 9 out of 10 for me. Keep up the great work guys…..

    Food was absolutely delicious - we found this place after a long day of filming and Sayeed kindly served us at 10.30pm! The curry was way better than any London curry I’ve ever had, and half the price. Will definitely be back when I’m next in the area

    I have tried over 50 curry houses in the local and surrounding area, both eat in and take away, and Tandoori is by far my favourite. The chef is fantastic and the front of house is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu. (Try the Pathia). Small venue so make sure you book in advance. 10/10

    We have been quite alot since it been opened just two of us and a few times with just 4 of us also 6 of us also 10 and every time we have always enjoyed it .also when we have been in we have seen a table of 4 regulars coming in when we are going out .we have never any complaints Russell and the chefs are always friendly . If you want a drink fetch your own because they only do soft drinks and hot drinks
