“We recently visited the Indus restaurant for a family event used their function room and it couldn't have been better, spacious, beautifully decorated, and the service was exceptional, staff went above and beyond. “We were recommended to visit this establishment by a friend, and to be honest, we weren't disappointed. We viewed the menu online beforehand and felt that the selection of dishes was much more extensive than at other Indian restaurants we had dined in before. Upon our arrival, the staff made us feel very welcome. We were seated at a window table and promptly served drinks, allowing us time to peruse the menu. Many of the dishes offered, apart from the classic curries, looked intriguing, so we decided to ask for more information. TThe waiter who served us was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions for us to try. The food was cooked to perfection, and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of dishes he recommended. Each dish offered something unique, ranging from mild to very spicy, and the presentation was outstanding with vibrant, well-displayed plates. Overall, the dining experience at Lancers was well worth the trip, especially if you're looking for something different from the typical Indian food offered at most curry houses. I would highly recommend this restaurant, as it offers a dining experience that's worth the visit.”

“There is plenty of parting but it does fill up easily when busy!. The place looks well inside will a recent addition of a booth with disinfectant vapour in, which was comforting. The staff was very friendly and the food was great, I had a punjabi masala which was fab definitely will go again.”

“This is the best Indian restaurant I have visited. Very friendly efficient staff. We did not wait very long for anything. Lovely clean & tidy restaurant inside. Make sure you give staff your car reg so you won't receive a nasty surprise fine. We ordered poppadoms with standard pickle tray, was OK. I ordered vegetable curry with plain white rice, my fiancee had chicken korma with pilau rice. Shared a naan bread. Next time we will share a curry as portions are enormous lol. Thank you for a lovely meal Elachi we'll be back.”

“Reserved a table for 5:30, rang at 5:30 to say we’d be late (due to traffic) & they were very understanding and completely fine with this. We arrived 15/20 minutes late and was taken straight to our table. Nathan was our server and was an absolute gem the whole time we were there. Was very accommodating and great with the kids too. Helped make my sons evening by bringing out cake and candle singing happy birthday. Food was delicious and kept on top of, nothing in short supply. As a whole, our evening was very enjoyable. Shoutout to Priscilla and Nathan for helping make our night a good one. Thankyou”

“If I were you I'd be very suspicious of poor reviews for this place. Have been about half a dozen times in the last year and the food is REALLY good. The buffet is exceptional for quality & choice. And I grew up in Bradford where the quality is mostly high across the board as the locals demand it. This place is up there but don't whinge about it being spicy - it's real Asian food made freshly with real spices!!!”

“Ordered via just eat for the first time. Recommended by a family member. The chicken korma was delicious, thick sauce that doesn't split and isn't watery. Chicken cooked lovely too. Rice spot on. My other half really enjoyed his onion baji. I ordered a prawn puree - which the sauce and bread were fine, however the prawns had the strong fishy taste when seafood has been frozen. I don't believe they were cooked fresh. However, this has been the first Indian I've came across in months that has cooked a peshwari perfectly (not burnt) so 10/10 for that. Overall, for my first time ordering from here, having tried most of the Indians in my local area and surrounding villages, I will definitely order again and would recommend. If the prawns tasted fresh, it would easily be a 5 star.”

“Tasty food and lovely spice combinations. We had poppadoms, pickle tray, onion Baji, vegetable spring roll, mushroom rice, keema rice, peswari nan, chicken tikka masala, chicken murgh massala. Everything was lovely. Fast and polite service. Onion bajis were huge. Had to bring some of the food home to have next day as portions were big. Really enjoyed it. Will eat here again as within walking distance of home so can enjoy a pint of Cobra too.”

Great service , Quality food ( never once felt dodgey), Great promt service 20- 25 min pick up, cash only . Not a rip of. Around £35 for enough to feed 4 adults upto the brim. “Note; It is now called Goa, so please don't get confused when looking for the place, like we did. ^_^;; Absolutely perfect. We went there as a family on my dad's birthday with my 8 month old nephew and they were more than accommodating. They asked if we needed anything and didn't bug us too much whilst we ate. Gave us a free bottle of wine because we had a large group of us there. I was a bit aprehensive as my girlfriend has severe social anxiety and it took a lot to get her out the house. Once there, luckily we were the only ones so she was comfortable. The food was delicious. The best Indian I've had in a long time. We will definitely go back again. “Wow. They just get better and better. Tried a new one tonight, Chicken Lahori Masala. Packed with chicken that melts in the mouth, followed up by a sauce that has a bit of a kick, but not overpowering. Then the sweetness of the caramelised onions and condensed milk comes through. Definitely a new favourite of mine. Kids had their usual favourite of chicken korma. Again, packed with tender chicken and creamy sauce. Absolutely the best takeaway around.”
