   Wanna be having a laugh 3-5 business days on a refund? Just close ur bloody business online if youre not taking orders i have to get food elsewhere and dip further coz i cant eat nothing. Why even run a business and have such a crap refund policy. Assuming by other reviews its a result of their inability to work under pressure they cant take orders or work like socialised people who can run a business.

   Very rude. Tried to charge more than the prices on menu.phoned them up again and asked for a breakdown in prices. Said they didn't have time and cancelled order. And to stop calling as others are trying to get through. Avoid

   I order from Addus quite often and it’s always amazing! Fantastic service, everyone is always very friendly. The food is so flavourful and hot. I highly recommend the butter chicken and lamb saag. Excellent restaurant.

   Usually good quality food when we order it for delivery. Tonight was different. Keema naan was disappointing with the tiny filling being just minced bland lamb. No spices what so ever. The chicken dish I had was a mixture of tika chicken and then topped up with a slimy poached cut up rest of plain tasteless dissapointment. Don't think we will be using again. Very hit and miss and obviously a chef that doesn't care.

   I had a 5 Star review for them last year. Just called and told, "No you can't come for collection, you have to have delivery. We're too busy for you." Er...does it matter if you hand it to me, rather than a delivery driver?! The time before, they hadn't any change (literally only needed £5) and tried to make us buy more stuff. Er...just knock a fiver off or get some actual money in your tills! This was the best place ever...now it's a joke!

   Both main dishes tasted exactly the same but looked like they had to put food colouring in it to make them look different. Chips were cold and overcooked. Starter was disgusting, one piece of chicken and one piece of lamb half of cofter which was so dry.

   Use this place regularly. Great use of spices and fresh food. Always good. Small proviso, don't order the stuffed parata. It's never stuffed and always like leather. The naans are great

   Received order early, wouldn't normally comment on rice but the veg rice was lovely, chicken butter, lamb jalfrezi and king prawn buna very tasty and plenty of the meats included. Breads where good saag dishes great. Pickle tray could do with a revamp, but if that's my only criticism they're not doing a lot wrong. Weldone and thank you.
