We back again today for banquet deal.That was the second time we have eaten here.We couldn’t finish all of it & they packed the food for us.We will definitely back again , They do this banquets on Sunday & Wednesday as well. The staff are great, too very professional.
A hidden gem in Gainsborough. We had a large party in the restaurant last Saturday and can honestly say that the food and service was first class. Had takeaways delivered before and never had a complain. Although we live quite far from them, the food is always warm and tasty. Sometimes there could be delays and n delivery as they get very busy though.
I had dinner this evening at Sufian Restaurant, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The food was delicious, full of rich flavors, and served fresh. The staff was exceptional, especially Aziz, who attended our table with remarkable professionalism and a friendly attitude. His service truly enhanced our dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food and excellent service. In my opinion, it stands as one of the top restaurants in Gainsborough, and I am already looking forward to visiting again.
I've had delivery from here many times and I've tried so so hard to enjoy it, but every different dish I order is just tasteless, underspiced, oddly textured... Like a cheap canned soup with thickener added. It never feels like you might find an actual spice ingredient, it just tastes like half hearted dried spices and bulking agent and cheap ingredients... Like aromatic slop. Absolutely joyless, all of it. I regret every chance I've given them while trying to gaslight myself into thinking I'd picked the wrong dishes before. This is Indian food made by people with no love for it, perhaps even a little contempt, and it makes me genuinely sad.
We spend so much at this place every single week and gets delivered to hemswell cliff but past few month this is getting ridiculous. Always saying its on way but like tonight we rang at 6.30pm and its still not here at almost 10pm .. not good enough
I accept some carry out places get busy or let down by drivers but waiting 2hrs and 15mins without any communication is outrageous, i ordered food at approx 6.25pm to be told they are running approx 20 minutes late so it would be ready at 7.45pm ish. I called at 8.03pm to ask how much longer it would be, I was told they are very busy but amazingly the food was right in front of him and would be no more than 10 minutes. Between 8.25 and 8.35 I called a dozen time to get no answer and then cut off. I went to the Sufian restaurant to request a refund to be told it was on its way, i reminded them it was on the counter at 8pm so as we are now 45mins later it would be very cold and my wife will refuse it if it turned up now, I left details and expect a full refund as I was on route to work, I await the refund
Disappointed. Always an hour wait which is fine but it's generally 1.5 to 2 hrs, if we knew at the time of ordering and not everything comes as ordered. Plain naan instead of peshawari and mixed up dishes. Has been good up to recently.
Well, what a shambles. 2 parts of our order were missed, despite being on the list & one part of the meal was really dry. Why did it come with no sauce despite the description of the dish? I won't be in a hurry to order again from here.
I used to love this place . Several times recently the staff were not there at the time we went to collect food, 5.30pm. Closed....nobody there . They arrived while we waited in the car . Last week staff were arguing and one walked out . My curry was awful.... I threw it in the bin . Come on Sufian what's going on ???? Not returning until we know things have improved
