   Disgusting service! Poor customer service. Kept saying order is on its way Meant to arrive at 12:25and its now 1:10am no sign of food. Should have read reviews before ordering. Jusy eats says my order has been delivered when it has not been at all. Scam! Definitely avoid

   Ordered on just eat at 7:52pm. It’s now 9:47pm as i write this review. My food has not been delivered. It says on the app “enjoy your food” meaning it has but it most definitely hasn’t been. I’ve rang the restaurant 5 times, every time no help. Been told twice they will ring the driver but not heard back about that either. Absolute joke, been waiting nearly 2 hours now for a jacket potato and some chips, i don’t realise how hard it is to deliver this when the restaurant is 10 minutes away from my address. Emailed just eat for my money back as asked the restaurant on the phone for my money back and they had nothing to say except they will ring the driver. Now had to order something else at nearly 10pm at night.. absolute joke, never again. Update - Food has just arrived, absolutely stone cold and rock solid. Straight in the bin. Please stay away from here it’s absolutely awful. Currently trying to get my money back from just eat

   Absolutely appalling service. Took almost 3 hours from point of order to actually getting the product delivered. Just eat receipt even says delivery asap 23:05. It was delivered at 01:35, 2 and a half hours later. Food stone cold when delivered and ended up in the bin. Will never be using these guys again and seriously advise anyone to steer clear

   Absolutely disgusting, took over 2 hours, rang the shop twice the first time the phone was put down the second time they said the driver was minutes away but still didn’t arrive 30 minutes later. The food was stone cold, kebab’s smelt like dog food and was completely inedible and the curly fries tasted like pure salt, never had food as bad as this in my whole life, don’t waste your money or your time! This shop needs closing down!

   Ordered on Just Eat and reviewed far too soon. The saga was not over. Just eat app stated it was delivered at 20:10. It is now 10pm. We called them four times in total. The first three times they hung up on me, stating the driver was outside. He was not outside. I was told the wait is usually two hours, contrary to automated message you hear before they answer the phone. They promise speedy service and helpful staff. You get neither. I was told to stop calling, and they said ‘what am I supposed to do?’ I don’t know, your job? It eventually arrived, a few minutes ago. For thirty pound we got some melted ice cream, a tiny piece of Ferraro Roche cookie dough (it had one piece of Ferraro Roche on it, nothing else), and cold hash browns. For this reason, I will always read reviews, pay attention to ratings, because just about every review has had this exact experience. Honestly, I am a patient person, but the fact that they put the phone down on me numerous times and were blatantly rude and unhelpful makes me unrepentant about putting the phone down on them the final time, and slamming the door in the drivers face.

   ordered at 12.30 didn’t come until 3.30 when it was supposed to come at around 1.20. wasn’t able to contact to company and had no idea if the food was going to come. paid £6.99 for chocolate strawberries and got 3 in the box, no pictures where included to show what we where getting. ordered multiple different milkshakes and not a single one was labels. delivery driver didn’t listen to the delivery notes. don’t order from here!

   Do not under any circumstances order from this place. I placed an order at 12:55 and it’s now 2:30 and i’ve still not received my order after saying it was delivered. Don’t waste your time or your money on this place when there’s better places that actually deliver the food.

   I like many others have had the issue of it taking forever and not being up to par when I ordered and that is the only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars. I ordered on purely because I have time to kill tonight and they had a two for one of my favourite and it turned up less than an hour after ordering still quite warm and it's actually 11.miles away from me. Seems they are making efforts at least to fix their problems with delivery.

   Never again!! I really wish I’d read the reviews on Just Eat and Google before I ordered. The food was hours late and wasn’t worth waiting for at all. It was genuinely one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever eaten, I had a few bites and had to bin the rest. I had to call and chase the order numerous times, the driver was always ‘just round the corner’. He lied and said I was ignoring his calls when he hadn’t been calling me and was very rude when he eventually dropped the food off. The order was nearly £18 including the £4 delivery fee for the rubbish photographed below. That small slice of cake where all of the icing has slid off was £6! The second was the half baked cookie which arrived squashed and made me feel ill. What I wouldn’t give for a time machine to go back and read the reviews! I’d recommend that no one ever orders from this place. The whole experience was hideous.
