   “Absolutely brilliant food! The kebabs are packed with flavour and cooked perfectly, the burgers are juicy and fresh, and the pizzas are spot on with generous toppings and just the right base. Portions are great value for money and everything tastes freshly made. Staff are friendly and the service is quick too. Easily one of the best takeaways around – highly recommend!”

   I dont seem to be the only one who's had stomach issues after eating from here, according to facebook. Sickness and diarrhoea whilst pregnant isn't nice. Half way through eating a chicken kebab, I noticed some of the chicken bits were different from others, like they've been sat around for days so i stopped eating it. It wouldn't surprise me if it was old stock seeing as they've been closed on holiday for a while. I won't be ordering from here again.

   order a pizza opened the box to find this mess. my guess the driver dropped it and didn't say anything thanks a bunch. regret giving him a £3 tip.

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hotspot Winsford. Despite being a loyal customer for two years, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality of food and customer service with my food order. This was the first time I had to contact Hotspot due to an issue with one of the items I ordered, which turned out to be overly salty. While we have frequently ordered the zinger burgers without any issues, this time the quality fell significantly short. When we reached out to address the problem, all we received was a dismissive response stating that it's just a salty burger. The fact that we were unable to enjoy our meal and the refusal of Hotspot to take responsibility, provide an alternative, or offer a refund was truly disappointing. As a result of this experience, we have decided not to return to Hotspot. The £30 spent on this subpar meal was disheartening, and the lack of accountability from Hotspot is unacceptable. It's clear that Hotspot has lost a loyal customer due to this disappointing interaction, and I would caution others to be wary of the quality and customer service at this establishment.
