   Been going to fjs since I moved to runcorn in 2021. Loved their full english with a coffee. Sadly went there today and it will be the last time. Again ordered the now 7.20 full English. Sausages were thin and had split during cooking. Poor quality (cheap) sausages do that. Bacon and black pudding were bland, the eggs were just about average. Only item on plate that had flavour was the tinned tomatoes. Toast was low quality and so thin it just broke yeah "broke" when I folded it, coffee was nice and flavourful though, and the service from the two ladies was really nice

   Absolutely shocking service. Went there with my wife after school drop off. We were the second couple to place our order. It took half an hour to receive a couple of sausage buns, and the drinks arrived after we had ate, and only after we prompted staff twice.

   This place used to be so good just a few months back, but with a change of ownership I believe, this place just isn’t the same anymore. The food takes a lot longer to come out despite less customers. Every time I order they don’t have any of the food in, the last two times I have been here I have had to change my order 4 times. The staff is no where near as friendly as they used to be and all the older staff have been given highly reduced hours like from 6 days a week to 2 days and are pressured to quit.

   I took my client here for his dinner, and he had a ham sandwich on brown bread whilst I had a double cheeseburger with chips, and we both had a cup of coffee each. We had to sit further back due to my client's anxiety issues, but the staff was very understanding and helpful.

   Really chill place. For anyone new that wants to eat in: Sit down and they'll take your order, it's not a counter sort of thing =). Really nice basic cafe food and lovely staff. The food came out super quick and fresh despite being a bit busy. Definitely my new regular!

   Just been in to restraunt,staff where miserable and unhelpful. Friend has allergy to egg they put that on the plate when they where specifically asked not over all very poor.
