   Clean cafe, plenty of tables and seats. A good breakfast menu served till 12.30, lunch menu limited, food tasty and lady that served us very friendly.

   Poor customer service, stinking attitude. Get stared out by the staff. And the older lady at the till, needs some manners, attitude stinks. Get another job if you don’t like your job role. Crack a smile!

   Ordered two full breakfast one without mushrooms and one without beans, asked for tomatoes INSTEAD of beans and was charged another £1.50 bloody rip off. And told them so. When breakfast arrived some of it was hot and some nearly cold. Charged £21.50 for the privilege, won’t use again.

   Great breakfast nicely cooked 3 full English breakfast and one fried egg on toast. It would be nice if the staff smiled a bit. It sometimes feels as though it's a " think yourself lucky you are being served," approach to customer service. It was busy at the time to be fair, and the staff looked pushed. But I've had the same when it isn't busy. Will persevere as the food is tasty and good value.

   Edit 31/01/23. I was invited back by the owner to give Fourways another try. I've left my original review down below for reference. On this second visit, standards were super high. Not only was the food delicious, the quantity was substantial and it was cooked quickly. Service this time was with a smile and a chat too, which added a friendly personal touch. We were welcomed in and weren't rushed. A really nice experience and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Actions have clearly been taken to improve the experience and these haven't gone unnoticed. While not directly related to Fourways, the conveniences on site have been revamped recently too and are tenfold better than they were previously. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wish I could give 5 stars. I have visited a number of times and never had an issue. Always good food and served pretty fast. Today we visited and found a lady on the till who made us feel like our patronage was an inconvenience. We were told to sit on the bar stools next to the door because we were “only” having tea and a biscuit. We had to remind her that we asked for a flap jack too since she claims she never heard it but did hear the request for 2 teas immediately before it and the shortbread immediately afterwards. Cafe wasn’t full by any stretch but the fella being served behind us was told in no uncertain terms that he would be asked to leave if the place filled up. Clearly, customer service was not prioritised or appreciated during this visit and it really has put a real downer on visiting again. The rest of the staff are great and always polite. Shame one of them spoils it for the rest. Tea was nice and the flapjack wasn’t bad either. Would recommend to anyone as long as they don’t have the bad luck to be served by this individual.

   This is the place where we go to a lot. Today we called in to have food and drink. We asked them if they would just do scramble egg for my partner due to him having throat cancer and on a restricted diet. They blatantly refused NO. Which I think is totally disgusting as only wanted one egg. Ruth from Wrexham

   Good food at reasonable prices. Looking a bit rough round the edges nowadays. Seating inside and out, can get busy weekends.
