   Oh my God!!!! This is actually the best Chinese I've ever had. This place is so on point called up place my order , fast delivery friendly driver. arrived piping hot, delicious , ordered large portions for an extra 50p but unfortunately two came small but they rectified it so swiftly sent the driver back FREE with an extra Mil to compensate and free prawn crackers to say sorry! OMG Top place amazing food, great customer service.SO HARD to find a good place that serves amazing Chinese food but to top it off great customer service this company is definitely on point love it!! Thank you thank

   Sadly this place has gone downhill. I used to order food from here quite a lot, but over the past year the delivery service has declined and the customer service really isn’t great either. The last time I ordered (and I won’t be ordering again!) it took two hours. Every time I called for an update I was told it would just be a few more minutes - clearly untrue! Then they said the drivers car had broken down (an excuse I’d heard before). Food finally arrived cold and I had a real job trying to get the money (£30 ish) refunded. This wasn’t an isolated incident - but it was the first time I requested a refund. I won’t be using them again. If you want your dinner within an hour, I wouldn’t recommend.

   Staff are very patient and friendly. Food is reasonably priced, portions are good too. (Photo with food on the plate is half of each box!) VERY fresh in texture/taste - lovely crunchy carrots! I had Veg Chow Mein and Shredded Chilli Beef. Service is quick too. Will definitely be back - thank you!

   Disappointing. The food was hard and tasted like it was microwaved. The spare ribs were a small quantity and this is coming from someone who has a small appetite. My friend also thought his food he ordered wasn't good either

   Ordered 2 beef pad Thai beautiful melt in your mouth beef.and big portion as it comes as a large. Pork char sui once again big portion and pork just fell of your fork.. grilled dumplings always the best and chips great ..cannot fault this chiense would not go anywhere else thanks Kevin and sue for a lovely meal...

   Ordered a take out today and have been a reasonably regular customer of this takeaway. However, today I found the portions to be smaller and the prawn crackers you get with a decent size order was considerably smaller than they use to be. Also, I ordered the honey spare ribs and these were pitifully small and also smaller quantities. So obvious that they run the risk of insulting their customers.

   Disgusted! The Lady who took my Order is very Rude and not helpful at all! I ask her 3 x if the the Duck from my Order I want would be Deep fry and Crispy and she told me clearly YES. Even I ask her 3 times ! The food was wrapped in a Paper bag so you can see it only once your Home and open it. The skin was not crispy at all and never even touched any oil in the wok to fry. The taste of the duck was disgusting and the Jelly Skin even more ! Don’t buy there ever again!

   Going by some of the reviews on this place I would have avoided it. However, my co driver ordered and we both had salt and pepper ribs. They were first class. The special fried rice was nice as well along with the curry sauce. I couldn't fault the place.

   I want to be fair to these guys, the customer service is outstanding. The food in the whole is particularly good. It does have an issue in turning up piping hot, it isn't cold, but it isn't brilliant either and normally must be heated up in the microwave, it is annoying more than anything else. The one thing that does annoy me about this place is that it is not available on the delivery websites. In order to get it delivered, you have to ring up and it can take up to half hour alone sometimes to get through which means on some nights, when you really fancy a Chinese, this puts you off and so end up going elsewhere when in fact, a Chinese takeaway that has been there since before my birth in 1985, one you're used to and like, that area of service just doesn't seem to forthcoming so, if the boss reads these things, your food is near perfect apart from a few things here and there which would've allowed me to give you a 4 but that aside, the top marks wouldn't come until this restaurant was pulled in to the 21st century.
