   Ordered here for the first time today, collection was ready on time. Friendly staff and good food. Got the standard double cheeseburger which was good quality and red salted fries which were nice and crunchy. Definitely would go again.

   Ordered on Uber . The pictures are not a true reflection of the actual food that was delivered . I would probably label it as false advertisement because it was gross . Items were missing . Everything was soggy and sloppy , even the chips were sloppy and greasy . It’s a shame really as it looked promising. But it’s a matter of expectation vs reality .

   Absolutely horrible! Took 2 hours for food to arrive! They blamed delivery driver she blamed them! Food was cold! No flavour put it where it belongs in the bin will never order again might as well of struck a match to 30 quid! Don't bother ordering! They didn't care! Offered no form of compensation! Disgusting! VILE worst takeaway ever!

   DO NOT ORDER!!! Unless you want to cough up a hairball like a cat. Just ordered as a treat and got it delivered to premier inn In Widnes. Ordered £30 worth of food and got a refund of £6.25 from just eat because I found a HAIR in my food. Honestly should’ve had the whole thing refunded. Just looked at the reviews and honestly no surprise at all. Delivery driver was nice though.

   Ordered through Uber - Took over 2 hours for delivery. Food taste like it had been sitting for ages then reheated in a microwave before being delivered. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer. Delivery guy didn’t even offer an explanation or apology for it being so late. Not worth it

   Great food, great prices. Delivery guy is always polite and friendly. Delivery is always fast and no problems at all . This is my go to takeaway while working in hale.

   Did not even deliver the food after an hour and a half, no refund and no answer to phone calls. This service is terrible and I urge people to buy food elsewhere. Shocking, would not eat here again (although I did not eat from here the time I ordered).

   Been here a quite a few times first few times burgers were perfect but noticed the food going down the pan got burgers today burnt no taste defo wont be going again fed up paying good money for horrible food had fingers burnt too many times even the chilli fries tastes like salad cream we live and learn
