   Go to place when you are out of dinner option. Love their chicken and rice plate with generous amount of the white sauce and some of the green chutney. The chicken is always spot on, soft, flavoured and they serve a decent quantity that can suffice 2 with moderate appetite. The rice is mildly flavoured which really makes the whole combination even better. A good mix of salad and extra add on fries can never disappoint.

   Shahs Halal is one of my favorite spots when I’m in Uxbridge. The chicken salad box and falafel salad box were both amazing — the salad mix is super fresh, and the hot sauce definitely brings the heat! Great food, great prices, and really friendly service. Can’t recommend it enough!

   Meat and chicken salad was what I ordered. To be honest I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the meal. The lamb was just cubed doner meat and the chicken had bits of gristle. The taste was nothing special either. I can now understand why people say that the portions are generous because cheap meat and poultry is used. All in all I wouldn't believe the hype unless you want to throw your hard earned money away. Needless to say I won't personally order anything from here again.

   Been to the truck once and second time placed an order on Uber! Food is the best take away in Uxbridge I believe! So happy with the service of the young gentlemen, so polite and kind. Good portion of food/the platter. The lamb and chicken is to die for! Prefer the lamb more as that’s my favourite. But, highly recommend this place, better than anything else! So filling, and is 100% fresh. You can taste and smell the food miles away. Definitely go and check this place out, it’s by subway at the top of town/high street opposites the council.
