Had lunch here with the family. Very impressed with the quality of the food. All of the food service and drinks were served promptly. All staff very polite and informative. A special mention to our hostess Jill for looking after us so well
Brilliant experience. Food was absolutely amazing, drinks were lovely and the service was fantastic. Huge shout out to Gail! Will definitely be coming back.

I visited the Ruislip location and was greeted with a flourish of kindness and passion. Passion for service, passion for cooking and passion for their jobs. I cannot express enough how brilliant the service was, the work flow was amazing and there were no mistakes. The communication between the front of house and back of house must’ve been top notch as the food arrived within a reasonable and sufficient time, despite there being 8 of us at one table in an already busy restaurant. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or unwelcome at this establishment. This is not my first time coming here and it definitely won’t be my last. Every time I have been here, I have noticed a pattern, the same exemplary service and attitude towards customers and colleagues. Thank you to Jess who was our waitress today. She ensured that we were satisfied with our food and didn’t need any top ups. Cannot put into words how amazing her service and dedication to her job is. I hope she can continue with her kindness to others as it is a notable quality of hers. All the best!
We visited for a family lunch and everyone chose the set menu. I had calamari, then steak and then the biscoff / caramel cake. My partner had the ribs. All really good food. Service was good and the restaurant was buzzy (but a bit loud). The toilets could do with a clean during the day.
Best steak I've had in a long time. Good portions (although Calamari was a bit tiny). Really enjoyed our lunch and will definitely be back.
Had a lovely evening here, food was brought promptly, friendly and speedy service. had ribs (decent) and the pan seared hake (decent) with truffle fries ( fries were amazing), creme brulee (which was too sweet) and lemon and raspberry cheesecake cake (okish, but not very lemony). also, had a lovely waiter (thanks Harry!)
Came here about 6 years ago and it was very nice. This time however the steak didn't taste right and seemed like it had just been reheated, even though it was their £32 signature steak. Tasted like it had gone off slightly. Bread and chicken wings were nice. Everything else was OK but seemed like it had been premade and just reheated in the microwave. It's starting to taste like harvester even though it's meant to be a classy steakhouse. Staff seemed to rush you on your order but I guess it was a busy Friday night so they had a high workload. Otherwise they were friendly and helpful. Maybe if I go when it's less busier the food would taste and be prepared better
Both the 50 and 30 days aged ribeye steak were soft and deli delicious. A wonderful late afternoon lunch. 4 stars because they forgot about us. We were sitting outside and no one came to clear our table for almost an hour after we finished our food.
Visited for lunch without a booking and was still accommodated really quickly with a table and menus and service was great considering how busy they were. A really good range of drinks and their steaks were done perfectly, would definitely return again
