   Never used before but my wife, kids and grandchildren recommended. All of the food was delivered cold. The mushy peas were very wet and not very mushy. The curry sauce was more like a drink than a sauce. This is without question the worst fish n chips I ever ate. Not like me to complain but this was simply awful

   I love this fish bar. The crispy mushrooms are amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's just a shame it's not nearer to me and I only go there when visiting family who live nearby.

   We ordered fish and chips for delivery to our home. Unfortunately, the fish was terrible—perhaps due to poor-quality oil? Not entirely sure. Please consider improving your food quality, especially given the high price.

   First time ordering. Food was really fresh considering it was a large order. Quality was around the 8/10 marker. Delivery chap was very polite and I’ll happily order again from here again.

   Always fresh!! Nice friendly staff with good customer service. There's a lovely Chinese lady here (sorry, i cannot remember her name), but she's always pleasant and beaming with smiles. Always good to walk in and the restaurant staff recognise you! Well done guys

   I was in Britain visiting family. If like me you haven't had proper English fish and chips in over 10 years, Ickenham Fish Bar is the place to go and is well worth the wait! The take away sits just down from West Ruislip Underground. Happy, pleasant staff cook the fish, fresh to order and you can tell. I had the plaice and chips. Don't know if it is the best thing on the menu, but it is the best thing I've eaten in ages. Huge and delicious! Crispy golden batter surrounding firm and warm fish. The taste brought me the comfort of home and the satisfaction you only get from great fish and chips. I added the phone to the picture to lend perspective to the generous size of the serving.
