   Ordering from website was pretty nice. However we didn’t like the food. Ordered chicken and mixed wraps but no one in my home liked the taste of it. Falafels were just OK. Chilli sauce has a weird taste. Have had much better shawarma wraps .

   Being a top-end kebab connoisseur (and new to the area), I have tried many Mediterranean restaurants and I can honestly say that Grand Grill is one which is one of the best, especially as they deliver. With each and every order and even trying various things on the menu, each meal has always been fresh, tasty and well-packed; not forgetting their garlic sauce which is like no other. Thank you for making COVID-19 evening dinners something to look forward to.

   One of the few takeaways that satisfies my hunger for good food on the go, best falafel in Staines town and surrounding areas by far. The owner/head chef is a really nice guy and makes some really good traditional Lebanese/Syrian food! Well worth a visit, its not your average kebab house. 10/10

   I ordered from yourselves through deliveroo, i had read the reviews before and was looking forward to my meal. Disappointingly when my order arrived my doner kebab wrap was missing, i swiftly called your restaurant and was told it wasn’t your fault and i would have to complain through deliveroo. I did so but this did not make up for the missing item and in truth ruined my experience. The chap on the phone from your restaurant was very blunt and was very unhelpful. On the plus side the food we did receive was nice but obviously when you’re missing half the order it was never going to be enough. I don’t think I’ll rush back unfortunately!!
