   Sorry but what exactly have you sent us? These are not ribs. Grisle, odd-shaped and sized bones that look like hooves, and fatty skin....skin on a rib????

   I paid £9 for chicken and chips to this guy, which is already on the pricey side for a basic meal. What made it worse was the terrible customer service. The person serving was extremely rude — no greeting, no respect, just an unpleasant attitude throughout. I asked for sauce since I was eating in, and he gave me ketchup and mayo like I was begging for it, with a strange, dismissive attitude. Honestly, it felt like I was doing him a favour by being there, not the other way around. Would not recommend — plenty of better places with better food and service.

   Poor service from the manager at this chicken shop today, he was shouting and swearing at an old man. My food was ok but the service from this manager was highly disrespectful and poor. The owner should kick him out for speaking to elder people in such a way. The manager is short and with broken teeth and does not speak good English, his service with me was also very bad when taking my order and also another woman’s order.

   Edit Oct/21: Ate here again a few days ago. The burger buns broken when holding, and the burgers didn't taste fresh. I won't be coming here again. Nice tasting food, however they serve Halal chicken with Pork Ribs. I asked about how they prepare their Ribs and apparently they are cooked separately and there is no cross contamination. Always check when you go here, for those who eat Halal food. Otherwise decent place to fulfill a chicken craving.
