I had a lovely time here. The food was amazing and the prices were so good. My waitress Hannah was so lovely, she was easy to talk too and made us very comfortable. She even came over to check if we was okay during it. Overall the place was amazing and id definitely eat there again.

Absolutely love coming here, I can't fault the place, lovely staff, really nice surroundings and especially this time of year with all the Christmas decorations and lovely atmosphere. It can be a little pricey depending on what you order but trust me you won't be disappointed with the food, its superb, I would highly recommend The Bottle & Glass and cant wait to return. See you in 2026!

Nice place with a good menu. It seemed like a fairly big establishment with not too many staff. The main waiter who served us was very friendly and a good laugh. Others tried to avoid eye contact at all costs. Drinks service was fast and food was pretty slow. Worth a visit if you were a couple or small family. The fish and chips was very tasty, I'd say average size or a pub meal. The other meals were all rated very nice by the rest of my group.

Went for tea with the Husband my dad and mother in law on Saturday night. As soon as we went in we where greeted and then shown to our table the staff gave us a menu to look over and came back shortly after for our drinks order, the staff where very polite and content. The waitress came back for our food order and shortly afterward our food was served piping hot and delicious. We had main course and dessert they where both spot on, our server / waitress was Gemma and she couldnβt do enough for us , Iβm fussy and pre fare a jacket over chips she said she would sort it. And she did . Thank you to Gemma and the rest of the staff for such a pleasant time , I am sure we will be back.

Lovely pub/restaurant with really friendly, helpful staff and very pleasant decor. The soft drinks are quite pricey, but only what you would expect. We went at lunchtime to celebrate our daughter's birthday, so it was pleasantly quiet & not too busy. All four of us enjoyed our meals & we will return again.

Gorgeous pub and the food was delicious. We'll definitely come again. Update: we came back December 2022 and ate some really tasty burgers. Lovely, Christmas atmosphere.

Visited today for the first time with my Dad, I live walking distance from here, lots of options om the Sunday menu, I opted for the slow roast been and my dad turkey, the waiter was very friendly ( didn't catch his name) great service, the place is cosy warm, they even gave us a quieter table, the food was great, hot and tasty. I always see places doing veg on their roasts and it's like there is no care in them, even though they are part of the meal, these where roasted well and yummy. I even asked for some stuffing as mine did not come with and they where more than happy to provide. I will be returning, for food and some drinks, there is lots of great options on there as well to chose. We dined at 12.45pm and the place was not packed but plenty of people in, I don't like going places to eat where its really loud, and jammed. Thanks

This is a beautiful country pub with outdoor seating, perfect on a summerβs day. The menu is fantastic, itβs not your usual pub grub though there are the classic options. Our visit was on a bad day for them, all of their electronic payment systems were down so it was cash only. This meant we could only cover the cost of a couple of the more basic items on the menu. Knocked a point off as the outdoor tables were dirty too, and the chips were very basic - like frozen oven chips. Think I will come back to sample some of the other items though.

Absolutely superb food and friendly staff. Salt and pepper squid was soft and coated in one of the best, lightest batters I have ever tasted, sea bass and scallops with prawn risotto was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing and the Eaton mess was the perfect end to a perfect meal. I almost didn't write this review because I don't want too many people going there and making it harder to book the place! Best meal I have had in a long time!
