   I have been to many Nando’s . My first visit to Walton -on-Thames. The atmosphere was very dull and lack of smiling staff. They look half asleep. I was greeted by a young male worker that looked like he wanted to go home. The restaurant was small and compact. The layout is very much a hazard! Sauces by the till point. Very uncomfortable restaurant. The food came cold on my salad with grill chicken. Wasn’t given a receipt. Over cook wings.

   The new refurbishment looks great & as always, food was really good! Only disappointment was service - we had to ask twice on our order & when it came through after a very long wait, no word of apology, from the same young lady we’d asked about the order in the first place!

   Great local Nando’s! We went when they just opened on Sunday and we were greeted straight away. Members of staff working there is so friendly, welcoming and efficient. You can choose to either order at the till or from your table which is nice. The restaurant is a bit outdated and there was only one toilet working in the females bathroom out of two which is why I only give them four stars.

   Food was served fast and with care. Very well presented, chips crispy and soft inside. Chicken tender and well seasoned. Staff pleasant. Loved this restaurant. Went there today, I got myself some takeaway but as I waited, I noticed that the glass barrier was filthy and actually moved away from it. Have a look at the pictures. As a result I'm reducing the stars by two.

   Small but friendly nandos we all know. Food was quick and fresh and tasty. Need to book a table on the QR code as gets very busy. Ordered on app which is smooth. Enjoyed this place will be back for more no doubt.

   Usual Nando’s in terms of great food, especially got the money. I’ve eaten at this branch a few times over the years and it’s always been good, especially the service. There is a particular older guy who is particularly good at his job, if you’ve been you’ll know who I mean! The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is the wait to get in!
