   You can't go wrong with Nandos food really. The large glass wall/window on a very cold night made it feel a bit chilly but it must be lovely on sunny days. Service was very good as usual.

   Excellent service today! The entire team was fantastic. I had a small issue when trying to use my Nando's reward card—the reward wouldn't process correctly. ​However, the staff handled the situation brilliantly. They were quick to understand the issue, honored the reward without any fuss, and processed my order with a smile. It's moments like this that show great customer care. I really appreciate them going the extra mile. Great food and even better service!

   If you traveling on M25 and you love Nando’s then nothing can be great than stopping at j9-J10 service and enjoy delicious food at Nando’s. Food was delicious and well served without waiting in queue. There was easy access to wheelchair and pushchairs and lots of open sitting spaces in side.

   We were so impressed with the staff at Nando’s Cobham this evening. It was a tricky and delayed journey though felt compelled to say how well everyone did. It was clearly very busy and every member of the team were attentive, professional and hard working. Our food arrived within a reasonable time and was of a high quality. Honestly better than some higher end restaurants I have been too. Thanks

   I've been to a few Nandos and this is one of the best. A whole chicken was shared between two adults, with four sides, and this almost defeated us in terms of quantity as well as quality. It was a great meal of succulent chicken, with sides on a par with the main dish - they were absolutely smashing - rainbow slaw, grains with green beans & butternut squash and tender stem broccoli. Absolutely yummy, thank you - and in a motorway service station food hall too, which doesn't necessarily scream "quality". (A huge takeaway order had been received and I couldn't help but ask to take a photo of the 24 half chicken order being prepared). Thanks to the Boss and kitchen staff for obliging me.

   The restaurant is super clean. Staff are attentive, and actively cleaning and tidying. Food came fast. It was well cooked. Everyone working hard, smiling, friendly with customers and each other. Nice to see a sensible number of staff too. The very best Nando’s I can remember. We were here at 2030 on Sunday 5th Feb.

   It's hard to find a nandos that doesn't live up to my expectations and this one is no exception. Great food, easy ordering, good service and the restaurant had a nice layout and buzz. Definitely didn't feel like we were at a service station!

   Really disappointed, I should have known better. We went there twice and twice they got our order wrong. First time they forgot the fries and the water kept talking to me so I didn't check. I went tonight again thinking I will check, I've checked all the hot food and they managed to give me 1 cake instead of two the only thing I did not check. Its official, its almost stealing my money. I understand there's a crisis and everyone is feeling it, but not giving the food correctly is becoming a bit of a joke.

   Delicious food as always at nandos. Had to wait 10 minutes but was peak time at 7 on a Friday night. There were places to sit down which was good. The ice at nandos is really good, would recommend all of the wraps. Best place to stop in and eat at this service station by far.

   Fabulous Restaurant! During a road trip down to the airport, lunch was on the menu. When you pull into the services there's plenty of parking and this is one of the first doors on the right at the entrance. With so many choices it's nice to eat somewhere healthy that doesn't cost the earth too. There's plenty of tables inside where you can grab a quick bite to eat or a proper meal whether for breakfast or lunch. We seated ourselves straight away, and chose quickly from the great value menu. We went up to the til to order with a friendly lady and via the app, both were only waiting a short while before the food came out. Food was delivered hot, fresh and tasty.
