   Just Eat Order. Food was beautifully prepared, staff were lovely and orders were followed exactly. Food arrived fresh, hot, tasty and the portions were massive. Delivery arrived before expected time. Thank you :)

   visited Feltham Charcoal Grill yesterday, and ordered a large chicken shish. When I went to pay, my card suddenly declined — even though I explained clearly that there is money on my card and the payment just wasn’t going through. Instead of handling it professionally, the staff member spoke to me in a rude and confrontational way, saying things like “What are we going to do with it now? Who’s going to pay? We’ll have to throw it away, isn’t it?” as if I intentionally caused a problem. To make things worse, when another customer walked in, he started openly discussing my situation with them, which was humiliating and completely unnecessary. He then asked me if I was a “regular” and said he hadn’t seen me for six months — which had nothing to do with the situation and came across as accusatory and insulting. A declined payment can happen to anyone, and there is no excuse for shaming a customer in front of others. I even told him to take the food back if the payment didn’t go through, but he still felt the need to speak to me disrespectfully. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had in Feltham. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously.

   Good sent out by just eat as a multiple order, with a cyclist… took 30 minutes to finally arrive and when it did it was all stone cold, soggy and not edible. Some chips were raw and some overcooked some had soaked all the juice from salad. ( previously the chips and salad had been served separate ) After calling the restaurant they were rude and lied and said he had only sent 10 minutes ago. Portion sizes are small. Food quality was not acceptable. Terrible customer service

   One of the worst food deliveries I’ve had in years… the cod was like brick, burnt, cold, inedible, and the batter actually pierced a hole in the box that it came in it was that rough… god knows what it would’ve done to my gullet on the way down. The kebab was awful and had the appeal of dog food, wish I had a dog so that I could’ve found some sort of application for this pathetic excuse of a meal if I’m honest. Absolutely no effort put in whatsoever… not happy in the slightest and will never buy from charcoal grill again, would not recommend even if you are hungover and wanting to take the risk.

   Absolutely no go, went to this place yesterday and although it seemed fine the food has significantly damaged my stomach leading to food poisoning. Currently swarmed with temperature and been sick about 5 times. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

   Absolutely excellent service even when I made a mistake I've got introduced here and the food is excellent I'm usually funny about takeaway especially kebab but I was pleasantly surprised with these guys Defo returning customer
