   It appears that reservations are needed here most of the time. Restaurant was not busy when we arrived and we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly but drinks and food were very slow. The nachos appetizer was very small and not very good as it was made with processed cheese. The chicken sandwhich was very hot but the chips were lukewarm. I removed the tomatoes from the sandwich as they were very unripe.

   Surprisingly, the restaurant was crowded on a Thursday evening & glad we had a reservation (which we booked at the desk at check-in). At the entry, we were greeted with a warm welcome by several staff & seated quickly. We ordered two burgers, Kickin Katsu & Bombay Burger - both were not spicy but sauce flavors were perfectly seasoned with curry spices making for tasty meals. This restaurant looks to be the type you make a good read on by observing the menu choices - 4-5 Indian/Asian fusion dishes could mean the steak or chicken dishes may disappoint. I would dine here again and try the curries.

   This restaurant is perfect, it’s a well needed place for dinner and breakfast before a long international flight. The staff are always accommodating and very friendly, and you have to make sure you book a table. I used to book a meal deal to enjoy the food here, but sadly my flight leaves too early now the following morning for me to get breakfast as they don’t open until 5.30am. The location is within the hotel, so no wondering around Heathrow/Hounslow for food!! The food is very good and enjoyable, my last visit I just enjoyed a starter and a side, but I know my daughter cleaned her plate of pasta and chicken! Thank you.

   The food was nice, portion sizes decent, and it’s well worth the money if you purchase the meal deal when staying at the hotel. It does get quite busy so service can be slow, and there don’t seem to be enough staff, but they are pleasant even when clearly rushed. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice - just don’t try to toast your bread twice because it causes smoke! As it is buffet style some of the food was a bit hard or cold having been out longer than expected, but it was still tasty overall.

   I am a diabetic so we thought we would give the bar a chance to give us a hot meal before going to bed. The starter was OK The main meal there was a problem with all 3 meals the chips were cold on 2 meals the mash potato was cold on the other I am not happy with the way it was dealt with. There was no sorry for their mistake and just got a plate of chips and a bowl of mash that had been microwaved Me very upset customer b

   I’m sorry, I am not one for complaining, but the service in this restaurant was just awful. It took us a good 20 minutes just to be seen too and then we never saw our waitress again. The food was mediocre and the staff were not attentive whatsoever. The training needs improvement drastically. The managers were not involved on the floor either which I find very weird. The waitress put through the wrong dessert for my wife and didn’t even apologise. Shocking.

   The staff are nice enough, but there isn't much choice on the menu. The allergens are good and well provided, but there aren't many options that are suitable for people with a basic palate, or people with sensory issues. There is a children's menu but there's an age restriction on it. It's clean but pretty pricey

   Sadly our order got "lost" and no burgers left by time we had asked where our drinks were after 40 min wait". No naan left for my second choice, so had some chips with it.... all 8 of them!! Mixed grill quite small too. Felt sorry for staff, but not a brilliant exoerience sadly.
