   Kala, and the Manager in the mornings are so friendly and helpful. The whole staff is great! Salvyn in the afternoon was so great, friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and the hotel has a great selection of food and drinks items available. Also, place is very clean. I will definitely stay here again.

   Carluccio’s near Heathrow was a fantastic find, especially in an area that doesn’t offer many decent dining options. We arrived just as the kitchen was about to close, but the staff welcomed us warmly without hesitation. What really stood out was that there were no restrictions on the menu—even at closing time—which is something I truly appreciated. The service was excellent: friendly, accommodating, and genuinely thoughtful.

   The food is less than mediocre, I gave it three stare because the staff is friendly and the location has a great design, but the food is worth nothing I’m sorry to say that. The fish and chips weren’t tasteful and the chips were half raw. The sirloin steak was too greasy and badly cooked, it was stiff and had a weird texture to it.

   Family of 5 had an amazing meal. The service was warm and impeccable. Letizia was the manager and invited my children to make pizza. A memory that was so special. Food was delicious!

   This place is close to home, but for some reason, I never knew that it existed. Firstly, the food was really good. My server joked with us "just really good?" and I had to admit that it was actually excellent! The service was attentive, pleasant and helpful. Always offered drink refills etc. The place is clean, tidy and has friendly servers with decent food and fast service. I will be going back. :-)

   Nice ambiance and friendly staff but the food does not match up. I ordered the garlic bread and it was incredibly stale I had to leave it. It was obviously not fresh, so disgusting. The pasta is meh and tasteless. They seriously need to improve their quality of food, it’s bad food especially being in a nice hotel. The only good thing here is the atmosphere.
