   We visited with our young daughter on 27th December, a Saturday night. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The food was beautiful! We had the chicken, mushroom and garlic pasta, a calzone, and the baby bolognaise. Followed by the cookie dough, sticky toffee pudding, and chocolate ice cream. All went down very well! We don't live close by but would certainly make the trip back to this prezzo. A special shout out to Angelo - you were amazing with our daughter! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

   The food was really nice, staff were friendly and our order was correct. Everything just took so long, from arriving to receiving our main took 1 hour, the staff were really proactive and didnt stop, there just didn't seem to be enough of them for how busy it was.

   First time at this particular Prezzo, and its a must for a return trip. On arrival we were greated by Rachel (Rach to her friends and the odd customer - but dont tell her Mum) who was so friendly and couldnt do enough to help. The food was top notch - more so my Arrabbiata Al Forno - my God it was full of flavour and cheesy goodness. Id go as far to say this is the best one ive eaten in Prezzo, full praise to Ola. Cameron then took over for the evening shift, and just like Rach he is superb. Thank you to Prezzo Cheshire Oaks for a lovely experience.

   Lovely food and lovely service , our waitress Anna Maria was such a lovely host and very smiley and helpful on deciding which dish we wanted to try as it was our first time visiting and trying out prezzo such a lovely restaurant will be back again definitely as the food was so delicious and was a lovely atmosphere within the restaurant its self

   Always enjoy Prezzo when I dine in but so disappointed tonight with a home delivery. Spent over £160 on meals for 6 of us and the pizza and garlic bread arrived as if it had been cooked hours ago. All dried up. Spicy chicken and pepper pizza had 4 pieces of chicken and 2 slices of pepper, zero cheese and dried tomato….nothing more than a base. Unless you’re going to eat in don’t bother!

   Brilliant evening. So from start to finish no complaints all fantastic. A beautiful valentines meal. So we was served by the lovely Nicole. Service was fast and perfectly done. Food was served and tasted great. Presentation etc all spot on. Drinks were wonderful. Also some great recommendations. The restaurant was beautiful and clean and tidy. Nice music. And all staff we met were lovely and polite. Overall great evening. Definitely glad we picked prezzo for our first valentines together we will definitely visit again.

   We were cold and hungry and most places on the other side of the retail park had queues of people waiting outside to get in! We drove around to the Prezzo side and were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown to a table. Drinks and food order was taken promptly and the food came shortly afterwards. The food was ample and tasty! Very reasonably priced!

   One of the many restaurants in d sprew of shops in Chester. For starters we had king prawn in some sauce and calamari in some dip with garlic bread, for mains We had chicken Alfredo and pepper roast pizza , chips. I must say the meals were nice and I had a good time having dinner. Nice ambience . I already finished starters and i remembered I didn’t take photos
