   The best place to eat in central Birkenhead by far. I ve been going to this stylish place for a couple of years now. It has a impressive historic fascia , very attractive interior and relaxed atmosphere plus good choice of food and ..friendly staff ( hello Dana). See the pics here. Right opposite McD s on Charing Cross in the heart of Birken-vegas as us locals call it. I can always go to Riviera and relax , enjoy the stylish decor and not feel pressured at all. Good for meeting friends over a snack n coffee or drink ( the bar serves lots cocktails etc if that's your thing) or for a full blown meal. High recommended . SMc

   Birthday party of 15,, really organised, orders taken, food delivery quite prompt for so many orders, food presentation good, everyone enjoyed their meals,waitress very accomodating, beautiful building with nice surroundings, felt relaxed. Would certainly go again. Small detail, regarding drinks, a few in the party did not like the taste of the coke , seemed a cheaper version

   Beautiful food, we had a family meal of 14 people, food was AMAZING, big portions, arrived quickly. Service was brilliant young lady served us who was very polite and couldn't do enough for us. Manager regalury checked everything was going smoothly which was nice, they played happy birthday song when the cake came out and when my daughter walked in, which made us feel very welcome and gave my daughter a special birthday meal. 10/10, we will be back
