I visited Zizzi in the mailbox with family for a Sunday afternoon lunch. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to our male waiter who provided exceptional customer service from recommended dishes to try to ensuring we had everything we needed and were kept refreshed with drinks when required. The food came out quite quickly, was well presented and tasted delicious. This was my first visit and I would go back again.
Delicious! The stars are only for the dessert "Baked Lemon & Blackcurrant Cheesecake". Flat White Coffee- really just good. The design of the place, only four. They didn't just the canal atmosphere. You aren't sure what kind of decorations are the main line. Some wooden tables, some paintings fish on walls, some modern neons, for me the music is just jazz and rhythmic.
The whole meal was perfect. The atmosphere was good even after it getting very busy very fast. The service was top notch, especially Pavel! He was our server for the night and was very patient and inviting the whole time. He was slow to reach our table due to the massive crowd in the restaurant but when he did come to us he listened intently and did everything we asked for, He never left any requests hanging. everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and our requests were taken into account. would definitely visit again! thank you Pavel!
Good meal here. Plenty of vegan options, including the tasty zillionaires fudge cake. Friendly staff and quick service. Spent £38 each (3 of us) on 2 courses, two bottles of wine and a couple of beers.
Good service, staff were very attentive. We received some complementary pasta nibbles which was lovely. The food was very nice, pizzas are always huge and tasty. Staff can provide a takeaway box if you can’t finish food. The only downside is the tables are absolutely tiny, very cramped once starters were brought over. And no salt and pepper on the table… which should be a standard item on every Italian table :-)
Had dinner with some friends here. I was impressed with ho warm the staff were. Food was good too. Ambience was okay, with some music in the background Overall it wasn’t bad.
Not bad place at all, service was fast and friendly. Had the garlic bread starter which was really nice. The chicken pasta was spot on, taste was fresh as you can get and decent portion size. The chocolate dessert to finish off was decent. A nice work lunch.
