   I was taken here by my aunt who has been coming to this restaurant for around 20 years and she said the quality has never changed. The service and food were fantastic! It tasted extremely fresh and everything was cooked perfectly! The service was very friendly and we received all of our food very quickly. Next time I’m back in Northwood we’ll definitely be coming back!! I would highly recommend if looking for a good quality Chinese restaurant in this area.

   I have been visiting this restaurant for over 4 years, but in the last 8 months the quality of food has gone from bad to worse. This time, I was actually served stale, expired food. When I reported it to the staff, instead of taking responsibility, they dismissed my concern by saying, “the food is always like this.” This response was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I strongly urge everyone to carefully check what they are being served here, as I genuinely believe expired products are being used.

   I going to give a 1 star today Am a regular customer Had gone for anniversary lunch with family Found wasp in our noddles They replaced it no apology and didn’t even take it off our bill They should have even replaced the rice as we had dished our food in the bowl’s and saw the wasp in the noddles so had to send the bowls back Can’t believe the it awful customer service

   Although the place is in a quite posh area the food was just about average. This is of course not their fault but that has to be mentioned that the restaurant is incredibly noisy, we almost needed to shout to hear each other.

   Delicious food and lots of vegetarian options (though noting that many of the main dishes are mock meat dishes - tofu- something to keep in mind). Enjoyed our meal. Service by our server, Jo, was great; however in general the staff are not super friendly. Decorum is pleasant. Wine menu by the glass is very limited but there are plenty of cocktail options. Dishes are on the pricier side for a local restaurant but portion sizes are pretty generous.

   Food was very good. The service however made the whole experience feel rushed, overshadowing the good food. The table turnaround was only 1h 45 mins and close to the end time they started clearing the table and handed the bill without being polite about it. The staff were efficient but i think they should be more friendly.

   First time customer for a lunch time meal! Food was ok but bland. But the customer service was awful. The man who served us was so rude and we felt as though we shouldn’t be there because we had disturbed his day! We were the only customers in the restaurant so I expected a better service and for that reason alone I would not return! Horrible man!

   Pretty shocking customer service. The male owner literally shouts at you for questioning a dish, and winds himself up so much that he ends up spitting when he speaks. Disgusting and hilarious. They also seem to secretly slip in dishes that you haven't ordered - so make sure you check your bill properly. If you witness bad service, don't be hesitant to ask for the service charge to be removed - it's optional service charge remember!.

   Very rude staff, they have no clue when customers are asking for things, they ignore you and don’t serve you. They have no understanding of English at all, they need to be trained. The manager, the short man with the glasses, it’s extremely rude, raised voices when talking to o our family. He needs to be re trained and spoken too. There were 16 of us and we were very disappointed with the service. We had to ask about 3 times for our things or extra condiments. Food was decentish with a 3-4 star, but the above ruled out everything due to poor attitude and lack of training for staff. When ordering veg menu and non veg menu, the food should all come out together, not the veg only which all got cold. The entire family should eat together. Staff need to be more understanding and empathetic, please learnt this. Far to over priced for the awful service we got. Staff not welcoming. Too quiet in the restaurant, need some background music to change the mood, all you can hear is large groups of people talking which is very off putting. We will not be coming back here again
