   We have been getting regular takeaway from Mangals for many years but decided to visit the restaurant with our friends. Food and Service was absolutely excellent. Could not fault it at all. Food portions were generous, the home made sauces really complimented the lamb and chicken donor kebabs. Unlike other Turkish restaurants the Donor Kebabs were not at all greasy and grilled to perfection. Freshly baked bread was served on the side so as not to become soggy. The restaurant has a rustic ambience making one feel like you are eating in a restaurant in Istanbul. Staff were attentive and always smiling. I get the feeling it’s a family run business which for me made it even more special. The restaurant offers a fully stocked bar. Our friends who accompanied us thoroughly enjoyed the food and said they would be returning.

   This became our go-to for kebabs. Food always fresh and delicious, staff are helpful and friendly. The owner is a kind gentleman who I remember working in other establishments before having his own - and now Mangal has been there for a good few years and the quality shows no signs of changing. They were also a lifeline during COVID where they shut the restaurant and changed their door to a serving hatch. In those strange days it was such a treat to get the great food and see a friendly face. Oh and they always give you napkins in your takeaway bag - I really think this is an example of great customer service.

   We tried a takeaway from Manor Mangal for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised by how carefully the food was packed, ensuring it stayed intact during delivery. The mixed grill was bursting with flavours and we could taste the meat quality was good. The variety in the cold meze exceeded our expectations, and everything tasted fresh. We'll certainly be ordering from here again and recommending it to others.

   Awful food and service. Paid £18 and got a couple of onion rings, a ton of hummusand a falafel with some lettuce thrown on top. Called to ask for them to send something decent, dude told me to call deliveroo.

   Absolutely BEST chicken kebab I’ve tried in London!!!! And I’ve tried quite a lot kebabs in London. A bit pricey but once you take a bite you know what you paid for. If you’re in the area definitely check it out!

   I order mixed kebab .spot on service but very less portions and it’s not worth it price bit of over charged compared with the menu . I won’t be back again and mixed doner very dry and it’s not fresh .overall very disappointed

   AVOID THIS PLACE!!! After ordering a mixed grill for 3 we askedif they could swap rice for chips , the waitress bluntly told us not possible. Not letting this bother us we then ordered drinks which arrived in a dirty glass with black remnants of something..no apology for the unclean glass. It just got worse after that , food arrived and the chicken wings were uncooked, when we showed it to the first waiter, he called someone else who came and checked and then a third 'chef' came out and stubbornly refused to acknowledge that the chicken was uncooked. I can't imagine that any chef would agree that the chicken ( see pic attached) has been cooked. Needs retraining!
