    Food was very disappointing. After reading the reviews we thought we’d try it whilst in the area and it looked good value for money. We had the sharing platter to start which was ok, the chicken goujons were dry but the nachos were nice. The main disappointment was the main. The brisket was awful 80% fat, the half chicken was dry and over cooked as were the ribs and the coleslaw was cheap and tasteless.

    We had a really enjoyable family meal at The Seven Stars. Burger and a Pint only £10, really good quality food and very tasty. Atmosphere was really good with live music on Saturday, the male singer was really talented, great voice. Staff were really helpful and friendly we will definitely go back. Thank you Seven Stars !

    Lovely pub, good food, dog friendly! Staff are super friendly, love our dogs and nothing is too much trouble! Emily and Judith are both amazing, service always with a smile and a fuss of the dogs! Whilst its a chain pub, it still has that local feel, definitely worth a pint!

    Our week isn’t complete until Friday date night here! Enjoy our evenings at the Seven Stars. Always have a lovely meal and unwind with some drinks and a relaxing gossip about our week! Jude never fails to make us welcome and looks after us all evening! Wonderful member of staff and a credit to her profession.

    Popped in for lunch and it was lovely, nicely conditioned IPA. Food was tasty and hot. Had a chat with the manager there who was keen and was happy to have a chit chat. The standards show in this lovely community pub. Well worth a visit.

    Visited for breakfast last Sunday 13/11/22 at 10am and I can’t believe the value for money. Two decent sized full English breakfasts, with veggie option, two drinks, extra toast and sausage and egg for my dog, £16? By far the nicest breakfast we’ve had in a while and a HUGE bonus that we can take our elderly dog as Sunday breakfast out is his favourite thing at the weekend. The pub is lovely inside and the barman was also lovely, polite and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for breakfast here in such a nice, immaculately clean place and such value for money! My dog loved his brekky as you can see here from his smile.

    Nice staff and service. Good value for foods as they do some offer in the weekday. Hunter chicken was good. Chips was very good. Crispy outside and soft inside and not oily.
