   Absolute joke tiny portions and disgusting taste never again for everyone’s information, below is a pic of a portion of crispy chilli beef @ £7.20 just two spoonfuls. Called them to complain of portion size to be told that’s how it is. Surely for a main dish I’d expect to at least be able to give 3 people a spoonful each. Never again very substandard food

   I don't know what is wrong with this place. I'm really disappointed. It has to be my favourite one. The sesame prawn toasts are full of fat/oily and chewy, like reheated in a microwave. The special chow main has no more than 5 peace's of meat, tiny like a toothpicks, only noodles and bean sprouts, and naked soy souse. Very disappointed. Fingers crossed they will take a note and correct the mistakes.

   I will give the delivery 5* ... quick and polite. However, the prawn crackers were dry and stale. Won Soup quite greasy. Doubt if I would order from here again. Definitely not value for money.

   I went when the new owners took over and the food was average. I went today and felt that it had improved greatly. The staff were nice and things looked very clean. The food was prepared quickly and it tasted really good. All four of us were very happy with the food. If I could say one thing, I think maybe a few more veggie options, perhaps like veggie chilli beef which could be great. That said, still very good, nice family feel in there, well done all.

   This used to be an absolute hidden gem, with incredibly fresh produce and not the usual greasy, stodgy, English type of Chinese place. It used to have fresh veg, light sauces and was in many areas on a par with the far, far more expensive Good Earth restaurant in Esher. After the new owners, sadly it's now just like the rest of them. Nearly everything I used to order is now gone from the menu or not any good. No more slightly crispy noodles with fresh baby sweetcorn, sugar snaps, chicken, bamboo and Chinese mushrooms in a crystal sauce. No more light garlic stir fried broccoli, and the crispy beef that used to be undyed, delicious and not overly sweet or gloopy isn't the same. Surely the new owners would have spent some time getting to know how things were done, the food standards etc. as the place was successful for good reason! But instead they've completely changed everything for the worse. Absolutely gutted the restaurant (as was) is gone, and there's no replacement.

   DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We ordered from here and 45 mins later the food still hadn’t arrived. We called to see where the food was and they said they had tried to call us 4 times and we didn’t answer which is a massive lie. They then told just eat that that the food had been delivered and claimed we had it when we absolutely did not. I called the restaurant and they were nothing but rude. I will never ever come to this awful place ever ever again, they are liars and have stolen our money.

   We waited 1hr40mins for a delivery of 3 items. We were quoted £1.50 delivery on the phone but were charged £4 on their website, with an extra £0.50 charge for service. They provided free prawn crackers as an 'apology' for the wait - but we know these are free with every order. Noodles lacked flavour. Won't be returning customers due to poor service.
