Absolute nightmare. Bunch of liars. I don't want to use the kiosk. I want to order on the app Salle and palla need a proper training. Customer service horrendous. If I don't want to use the kiosk just take my order face to face. End of.. but nope we HAVE TO USE THE KIOSK. RIDICULOUS.

Order wagyu burger and double chicken royal burger with cheesy chips. Half way eating through the royale burger i realise the wagyu burger wasn't there(incomplete order) which was the main reason I did the order, royale burger was good however loaded cheesy chips were not tasteful at all and sort of really dry. Uber eats just decided to refund for wagyu burger and all I wanted was to eat it last night. Not really a good or even satisfactory experience hence one star. Would be cautious or give store a call to check all order in there otherwise.

DON'T GO TO BURGER KING IN FELTHAM! We order, our burgers are ICE cold! We decide to order a burger through their so called "faster" app where you can "skip the queue". Skip the queue? More like wait an hour and a half for an order under Β£10. Our order number stayed on 'preparing' before it completely dispappered. Seriously? We then decide to ask the employee where our order is, she completely ignored us multiple times, after further chasing she finally replies with a simple "what should I do?". What do you mean? Do I look like I'm about to jump over the counter to start cooking up the food for you? After rolling her eyes at me, she decides to get as far away from us and starts ignoring us. What kind of customer service is this? The uber and Just eat drivers have all piled up waiting for their orders and another person waited around an hour for a cup and juice box. The lady who finally decided to give the uber orders is smilling like she's won the gold medal in the olympics or something. After we ask again, she asks us what she should do about 5 times, in which we repeated to cancel the order. Absolute incompetance. She ignored us as if we were just backgroud noise, then this lady says that she has headphones in and can't hear us. Then just take you're headphones off and listen. Try to avoid Tatina and Celia. What an eventful friday!

If you want fast food or even the right order don't bother. If you aren't a delivery driver don't expect to get your food any time soon as it's quite clear they have zero interest in your custom and if you do try to ask for help with your order your met with an I can't be arsed attitude.

Service was quick and efficient, but probably because I was the only customer in there. As for the food, never again. I ordered hamburger and it was the most tasteless burger I had in my life. The bun was so old that it was hard to chew and it would get stuck to the top of my mouth. It was just disgusting. I haven't been to a BK in the UK in a few years and always wondered why do I see less and less branches. My experience today explains it. Never again.

Staff working 30th Jan 2023 on closing were absolutely wonderful. So helpful and knew what was what with the food. Once again thank you so much to the staff who worked that night, definitely coming back again for service alone (Food was also a 10/10.) Those lovely workers need a raise because God's know their not paid enough to be so wonderful to customers.

Welcome to the βHome of The Whopperβ in Feltham where the time seems to stand still. I will give it two stars because it is Burger King and they donβt charge motorway service prices. Thatβs where the good points end. Now for the bad parts. 1. Understaffed. Three members of staff in any Burger King is probably low but given there is a massive cinema, bowling alley and bingo hall within a few steps, this is bad business. Ten minutes for fast food is not fast food. 2. Prioritising Uber Eats orders over customers in the restaurant. That doesnβt even need explaining. 3. Chaos is the only word I can use for the teenage kids messing around in the restaurant. I paid for my food and the last thing I want to do is wait 10mins for my food then have to wait 5 minutes to get a drink whilst someone tries refilling a Lucozade bottle with strawberry 7Up. At least the burger tasted okay.

I visited when it's nearly close. Staffs are very friendly. However it's so cold inside the restaurant even more than outside.. Could be the heater is broken. Food is not too good. Burger is so dry. Whopper is always our favourite. But the burger is so dry that my husband even got a hiccups eating it. I am not complaining here but give a feedback to the burger King. Hope they can improve better food and service next time.

Shockingly discusting to eat in. Customer service just as bad. Very expensive. 2 people working there for a Sat evening! As tempting as Burger King is, avoid this one!
