   This shop has really fallen off. They have priced themselves out in the area for average if not below par food. The food used to be amazing and at a reasonable price point however now the prices are steeper and not up to the same high standards set previously. Why have offers on the outside with no clear terms and then when asking for the same offer, everything is somehow only available on another day. An offer on the menu INSIDE the restaurant about a £30 spend apparently only applies to delivery orders only. And judging by the lack of customers they receive, again it’s another ploy to con and try to outsmart customers. Such a low move for a business that is trying its best to lure more customers.

   This was my first time trying The Tandoori chicken it was excellent and the naan bread was on spot plus the new sauces. I would definitely come back for the new items on the menu.

   The food was okay-ish. Great customer service though. The teenagers absolutely ruin the experience. I wouldn't go back again as there are plenty of better options around.

   The food is amazing if you’re looking for a quick grab and their Wild West fries r best. However this place needs to have professional staff and food was not really warm. Needs to improve on customer service skills.

   We weren’t holding out much hope with the cornily named Wild West; but needed to know how this place, as a ‘Steakhouse & Grill’, would compare against its nearest competition Steakout. Admittedly our visit as half-a-dozen was from last year, so I’m going to try and collate everyone’s thoughts as best I can. I have to though, we were quite impressed by the inside. With its huge extractor fans above and large comfy orange seats, this place at least looked like a steak joint. Not bad for Southall. They are actually trying, bless em! The burgers weren’t exactly groundbreaking; but they don’t break the bank either. Next time I’ll try the chicken options, as the wings, along with a shake and chicken burger, were good. That might just be the winning combo.

   Probably the best steakhouse I been to. It is worth the journey as the quality and price is fair. Not even that expensive for steak, really good marinating and tasty sauces. The wait time is decent too. However parking in the area can be an issue. Otherwise it's really good.

   the manager / owner is so friendly especially when he saw we had a child, he went extra to put her youtube songs for her so she is at comfort whilst we enjoying our lunch. always have the best steak and chops.. worth the money and time....
