   Absolute scam/robbery on the mixed grill! Firstly, the food here is amazing for taste. However, with the mixed grill you will get 3 small pcs of chicken, 3 lamb chops and 3 kebabs. They taste amazing and these items will cost you a whopping £22!! (That’s £7.33 for 3 small chicken pcs) an absolute joke. Also does not sizzle. The curry dishes are extremely tasty, portions are slightly smaller. Highly recommend Daal Makhani. Amazing food for taste. Shame on the mixed grill. Curry portions could also be slightly better. If you are paying high prices you should get a good portion. Edit. In response to the reply on “we do not compromise on quality”. You are right… you compromise on quantity.

   Been to this Brilliant Restaurant in Southall for the first time and the food tastes really Brilliant. Great place to take your family and guests. Lots of options to choose from for both vegetarian and non vegetarian.

   We went with a large group for our Dads birthday. Overall, the food and evening were nice. Service was great, and we had no issues with our food. Just after we got our cake, the table I was on cracked down the middle and landed on my foot. No permanent damage. I was mostly concerned as we had 3 small children with us. Another person who was dining that evening came over to help, and then the staff came to make sure we were okay and apologised. Our server took my name and number and advised that the owner would like to call me. This was 1 week ago. I've also emailed and did not receive a call or reply. Whilst I'm mostly unfazed, had the children been sitting there, who knows what could have happened. I've left ample time for a reply and, as such, wanted to leave a review about the night. Edit: I have not left you with an international number. It's a UK based mobile number. I have already emailed you on the email address you've supplied, so maybe you need to check your inbox or junk folder.

   Had a lovely meal here for my mums birthday. Staff were really friendly and helpful, accommodating us even though we were quite early for our booking and were sure to check up on us with drinks and food. Never an empty glass. Would like to give a special shout out to our server Anil! To start we ordered the mixed grill, pani puri, popcorn jinga and the bhaji mix. My favourite was probably the popcorn jinga - it was absolutely delicious and I thought a good amount of prawns. The lamb as part of the mixed grill was also really tasty, same with the pani puri and bhaji lots of depth of flavour. By mains we were feeling pretty full and satisfied so just got a butter chicken and masala chicken between 3 of us which again were very yummy. Can tell they know what they are doing. To quote my mum “I think this is the best curry I’ve ever had”. Even bought a cook book after.

   The food was fantastic. The best prawns I’ve ever had hands down! My waiter was amazing and he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and even made a delicious recommendation, his name is Fernandes! The owner was also present and made the whole experience! Thank you so much I will be returning!!

   Very sad I have to give such a rating. I travelled 2 hours to visit this restaurant as I felt the reviews were of good standard and the Instagram showing Gordan Ramsay/Royals visit was exciting. I made a booking through the website and when I arrived; although I had email confirmation no name was written down on the bookings list and everyone oblivious. Okay fine.. saw beyond this. The food was very spicy.. but enjoyed the butter chicken. Very disappointed at the end. Tables around us were all given hot towels as usual protocol at any restaurant but we were not given any. Felt like we were treated differently for no reason. Every person who comes to a restaurant should be treated the same. No differences should be shown. Then we asked the staff about the hot towels he said they had run out. Quite surprising that a well known restaurant would not stock up on such things to add to their service. Very disappointing. Maybe no one should have been given any hot towels on the day then. Before the owner's respond to this review saying "did you mention this to staff?" Yes. I did. I even mentioned the food was spicy and there was no response from the staff they just continued to do what they do. This was a very disappointing visit and such a waste of time and money. I do not recommend unfortunately. Too much hype and does not live up to expectations.

   Visited this Resturant after a number of years, and yes I can still recall my visits when they first opened! Food is great and still consistent, serving was good, I would suggest pre-booking for (weekend visits). Happy to recommend and will visit again.

   Visited recently with a group of friends having high expectations. Considering the price for the area and Brilliants reputation, I expected slightly more. Curries were ok, didn't really stand out versus other similar Southall eateries, starters were good. Service - was very quick and waiters were attentive, although I suspect they were extra motivated due to the turn around times in order to squeeze as many eat out to help out customers. Had to politely ask one of the waiters if he could keep his mask on whilst in the dining area speaking with customers - most of the other staff did adhere to this without being asked. It's wasn't a bad experience and we did enjoy the food - but just expected more given their reputation.
