   Lovely service from the moment we walked in. Greeted by Hassan who took us to the nicer booth tables. He made sure we were well looked after and checked on us multiple times to see if we were okay. Highly recommend this branch.

   Decent Nando’s food pretty much what you get from every Nando’s negative is the seating is terrible you’re literally touching the next person which is extremely uncomfortable also there is hardly any 4g 5g signals inside they’re WiFi also doesn’t work (maybe it was really busy that’s why to much load on the sever) also the app doesn’t have an Apple Pay option staff was polite and curtious no issues there but because Of the reasons mentioned above I will not be coming to this particular Nando’s again

   With deep regret and disappointment, I’m writing this review to share my experience. I recently ordered the Chicken Butterfly at Nando’s, which was described on the menu as “two chicken breast joints with crispy skin.” However, what I received was far from what was advertised — the portion and quality were shocking. At £16.20 including two sides, this felt like a complete rip-off. The chicken did not match the menu description in taste, texture, or appearance. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering this dish — you may end up feeling let down, as I did.

   Quickly seated even though it was a busy Friday. Ordered food through the app, good thing there was WiFi as we didn’t have any service. Starter came quickly, it was delicious! Definitely recommend the halloumi sticks, the jam is fantastic. Waited ages for our mains to come though which was disappointing. The bottomless peach ice tea tasted watered down, very disappointing since I don’t drink Coca-Cola and there were only other zero soft drinks. Peri salted chips were delicious. Macho peas also very tasty and a favourite of mine. Tried the fino pitta which was great but felt something was missing, realised after 2/3 of the way in that there was no caramelised red onion relish, great shame. The garlic churrasco burger was good, recommend with coleslaw. The lemon and herb and garlic peri sauces were difficult to come by, recommend adding more of these.

   Was a casual nandos experience I would say. But I did have a staff who so lazy when I asked for a cordial for my daughter as we had started eating and mobile app was not giving the option to do the order. He refused to bring it and asked us to go to the counter to order it which was unusual as when you started eating they usually offer stuff at the table as a good will gesture. When I asked another staff she was more than happy to bring the cordial and take payment at the table.

   Good place. Like any Nando’s food is awesome. Ambience here is good. But location is not very easy to reach. However, it’s located right next to cineworld, so you can consider a good dinner date after a nice movie date with whoever your company is.

   A welcome place and accomodating staff. Happy to run you through the order process if you are not able to use the easy app. Service is reasonably quick, but I guess you may have to wait when they are busy due to screening and safety measures.
