   Got brutal food poisoning. I shouldve known better. It does say they were awarded a ZERO hygiene rating on the 23rd August 2025. What eldritch creatures must be lurking in the depths of their kitchen?! I'd sooner eat from Nurgle's Garden than eat here again.

   Royal Jade Inn is a small Chinese takeaway located on Jollys Lane in Yeading. The first thing that stood out to me was their massive menu – over 300 dishes listed. While it might seem impressive at first glance, it immediately made me question how they could possibly keep that many ingredients fresh and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the food confirmed my suspicions, arriving cold and tasting rather average overall. That said, there is potential here. If Royal Jade Inn streamlined their menu to around 50 carefully chosen dishes, they could really improve the overall quality and consistency of their meals. A more focused approach would likely mean fresher ingredients, better flavors, and a more enjoyable experience for customers. Right now, though, it feels like they’re trying to do too much, and the quality suffers as a result.

   Had order few months ago and everyone was happy with the food. Today we've decided to order again - just received the food and had an attempt to enjoy it. Oh gosh - I don't know how old was the "crispy chicken" - don't even want to guess. Yak! Prawns - soggy and yak yak. Three other dishes beef chow main, chicken one and another beef dish were ok but just warm.Pot of thick yaki gravy. And some prawn crackers (best out of all :( ) It feels like sending £44 down the drain. Never again. Extremely disappointed. If orders over £35 should get a free bottle of soft drink - ours didn't include one... Previously got prawn crackers and a soft drink. But anyways - will not be spending penny more in this place. Still in terrible shock of what have I received today!

   I wouldn't even give it 1 star only that I had two it's the most ugliest chinese I have ever had in my life its ridiculous and 1 hour 20mins for delivery half a mile to my address when arrived it was freezing cold soggy chips it was jest the worst I've ever had rang them up amd complained to come and take the food wasn't even touched and paid 28 pounds and the we're so rude to me saying the will get a complaints manger to call me and never did my kids meal was destroyed and I never got a refund if your looking for a nice Chinese this is definitely not the one to get

   Food was above average. For the 2nd time, on an order I've just received, spent £50 and no prawn crackers. I won't be ordering from here again

   Ordered Chicken Balls and Beef Chow Mein sometime ago, the service was really quick which was great, the chicken balls were really golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, really full of flavour on the whole. My only complaint is that the noodles tasted like they were smoked which I didn't really expect till I tried them and the beef was slightly chewy however it just needed to be cut into thin strips to go down better. Other than that the Chow Mein on a whole wasn't half bad and was actually pretty nice, only feedback I can give in order to improve is to list that the noodles are smoked if they are and to offer a plain, unsmoked option. The food in general made a great meal however and the prawn crackers that came with it were excellent. Cheers!
