   I had a really good meal at Cluckster in Watford. The place is clean, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of seating and a relaxed fast-food vibe. The staff were friendly and efficient. My order was taken quickly, and the food came out hot and freshly cooked. The chicken was tasty and well-seasoned, and the portions were generous — exactly what I was hoping for. It’s a great spot if you’re craving grilled or fried chicken and want something straightforward but done properly. Overall, I left full and happy and would definitely come back

   It’s the best gril in the town. Food is amazing and super delicious. Lamb cutlet is my favourite item. All the staff members are super friendly and their Manager Farkul is making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.

   Honestly one of the best chicken shops I’ve been to. The food is always fresh, the chicken is cooked perfectly and full of flavour. Prices are really good too, you definitely get value for money. Portions are big, staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Can’t fault it – this is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving chicken.

   This chicken shop is absolutely amazing! The food is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor – easily some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes like it’s made with real care. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the service. The guy who works at the front desk is fantastic – friendly, welcoming, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re looked after. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days, and it honestly makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for great food and equally great service, this is the spot. Highly recommended!

   Not good. On more than 1occasion I have ordered from this place. Foolishly I gave them another chance but not after today. Food arrived very late..maybe an hour after the original time. Food as cold, soggy and did not taste good so gave most of it to my dogs. Also some of the portions have been cut in half to make up the numbers. 5 chicken pieces was 3 with one piece cut in two. On previous occasions food was late or delivered to wrong address. My conclusion is "two bit operation" which is clear when you look the the premises using a google search. Probably run by people that do not care about the customer. The western theme is a gimmick and I suspect there is 0 western influence other than the names of the food. The photo shows the nuggets cut in half to make up the numbers

   Ridiculously expensive, I think the store prices are the same as the takeaway apps with their 30% commission. It cost me £16 for a meal for one. The food wasn’t any better than the other chicken shops in town, but double the cost.

   This place is so overpriced and will forget things in your order. We spent almost £40 on 2 meals. Add ons are really expensive, like peri peri salt add on is 50p. Worst of all, they forget it in the order. We ordered 2 drinks and a few add ons like sauces and we never received it. Had to eat the chicken dry and bland with no drink because we had no choice, the delivery guy already zoomed away. Not worth the money

   My kids really liked their nuggets and chips. The cheeseburger was tasty and a decent size too. Fries were nicely done. The restaurant was clean and well decorated. Good portion sizes, good taste, and good quality food.
