   20 years sans-child since we’ve been in the UK and now we’re back with our kid. Told them we needed to have some “real” fish and chips (we’re visiting from Canada) after an afternoon at Hampton Court Palace and this place delivered!! Sooo good - fresh fish, hot from the fryer with good sized chips. Thank you for helping us start our vacation off right!

   Carp and trout would have me completely sold on their Fish and Chips, Except for: The charges of the Mayos, Ketchup, and Tartar sauces, .50p for one, to me steep in price, .25p would be much better. Mashy peas, very small portion. Other than this, Excellent Fish and Chips !, and nice portion size as well Excellent !

   Nice fresh cooked food. Only issue was it took 10min to cook. Nothing was ready to go. I dinned in and about 7 people walked out as they couldn’t wait. I enjoyed my cod and chips. Thank you

   A decent fish and chips place. Ordered via Uber eats and service was fairly quick. Everything cooked well but just not as tasty as others I've tried nearby. It's above average so better than the usual.

   My wife and I always make a special trip from London to this restaurant for the Fish and Chips we have been there about 5 times over the years coming from California U.S.A. Our second day in London we planned to go to our favorite place for the fish and chips. We got off the train and started looking for it. We couldn't find it. I stopped in a nearby shop and asked, " Is there a fish and chips restaurant nearby?" The clerk replied, yes, there is, just go to the conner, however if you want really good fish and chips, it is a 12-minute walk" I said, " no thanks" We went to the place we loved, ordered our fish and chips. Long story short. The fish was mushy and the chips were soggy. Not only that, we paid extra for the chips... I should have taken the shop keepers advice. OH WELL!! Never go there again.
