   The security guard was extremely rude and aggressive.His behavior was so confrontational that it seemed like he wanted to start a fight. He created a very unsafe and uncomfortable environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they train their security staff properly.

   Maximum quality and good service. Delicious borscht and broth. Not a bad compote. Next time I will definitely try sushi. Also a good hookah, they do it well, although the tobacco selection is not super large

   Came here as a group of 6 on a Saturday and what can I say, worst experience ever. Our first server seemed like he was tipsy and struggled to correctly note what we had ordered. They took forever to bring the drinks and the food arrived a good 40 minutes later. Once the food finally arrived, most of it was cold so we sent it back, because of how long they took we didn’t even want it returned. We’d requested to upgrade the chips to truffle and none of them had got the memo, clearly the first server was out of it. The rock shrimp was soft, mushy and sent back. The sushi tasted stale and bland, not fresh at all and the amount of soy sauce provided was in a small pippet despite us ordering the platter. Lobster mac & cheese sounded better than it looked and tasted, it was dry and bland. The prices were premium but the food and service were mediocre and lack lustre. Would never return nor recommend, less emphasis on the pretty decor and more on the service and food is required to redeem itself.

   What an absolute waste of money, I wish I had it in me to cause a scene and refuse to pay for anything but my glass of coke. The prawn tempura, obviously from frozen and was way too oily. Lamb chops, small, burnt, little seasoning and so tough that I couldn’t even eat the last one due to not being able to even cut it. The sushi was okay, nothing bad but definitely not amazing. The rock shrimp had more batter than shrimp but had good flavour. The truffle fries were a joke, there’s just sprinkling of truffle flavoured powder. The 5 star service is for Julia only, so sweet and paid attention. Atmosphere is beautiful, I will give them that. I advise to not bother to come here for food. McDonald’s down the the road has better quality. I really wish I didn’t pay for anything.

   Another place that doesn’t care about their neighbours living next to them. Front door left open with blasting music. You have woken my baby up on so many occasions now. I’m starting to get really fed up.

   Amazing place with live music, close to Hounslow Central Station. Great polish and ukrainian food. Nice staff, clean place and is a lot of space. Also car park on site.
