Terrible service as they close before the hour showed on their doors. Guy just shouted that they were closed but the sign and the information on their doors with the opening hours was saying that they were open.
I ordered my food from Just eat. Im working on a site around the corner, I can't leave. Instructions said call my number when close, no one called, the driver said they'd delivered the food and payment was taken. Nothing was delivered. I called the store but they can't help because they dont have a link to the driver. So money taken, nothing received, thats theft. Will be reported and ill never use Subway/Just eat again!
Went to store at 5.30 closes at 6 but the staff member shouted closed then turned away. Very rude and no sign up to say it was closed or why
Was sat in here for about three hours doing coursework James the manager and Chantelle were awfully nice, they were laughing and joking with every customer. It was nice to see them treat everyone nicely made my time doing work more enjoyable

The absolute ATTITUDE from the staff in here is shocking! Like everything is SUCH an effort for them! Honestly is it THAT hard to be polite, crack a smile, or just show simple kindness? If you want anything extra with your meal (eg drink or extra sauce) they roll their eyes, take a big sigh, and make you feel like you've caused them a massive inconvenience. It's basically the same attitude you get from a 13 year-old when asked to clean their bedroom. Except this is their job, and they're being paid to do this. Since their job is SUCH a big effort, I'll be doing them all the favor, of not bothering them with my custom any more. If I acted the way they do in my place of work (retail customer service) I would've been sacked long ago!
Worst experience I have ever had I binned my food they never wore hair nets which explains why I had one in my sandwich had no ingredients staff where okay but because they ran out off ingredients and I asked for something to replace it they charged me for extras added even tho half off it was missing
Only Subway Yet I've found to be of Excellent Customer service. Not to say the other brances aren't, Just Prefer This one! Staff are Amazing. Always go Above & beyond to please the customer .."Thankyou! I simply can't say enough good things about the staff in this particular store. It's a shame some of the Best don't seem to work here anymore?, But Still, New staff are Great!! And as for the Food..'Same'! Can't fault in Anyway..Atall! EDIT 2 ⭐!! This store is under New Management & Many changes made! And the above information has changed!!! When you order a Sub', Ask them "Can you have the filling in it you are paying a considerable amount of money for!
Staff are great! Sadly toilets are disgusting not clean, no soap to wash your hands! Never have all the choices and when they do the salad looks over a week old! Complained so many times I feel sorry for the staff! Management do nothing
